you have to remove his debuff with the water cannons. when one is active, the green light above will be lit. you have to keep looking to see when it is available and hurry to it to spray him. you can use the cannon a couple of times at least, maybe 3? If you don't use the water he's virtually invincible. actually, i think the only other way is to crack his armor before the debuff activates, early after he first appears. may be able to do it with the crossbow if you're quick.

harrier pride is like an alternate memento but it takes a lot more effort to make it work well

to get the most out of the bag you want to get hit, but if you're running striker, unless you want to do nerf darts worth of damage, getting hit is not great

Most of it was just everything hits harder and its harder to actually hit anything. The bullet spread was laughable like my pistol was shooting at a 45 degree angle from the barrel.
