running all red is a playstyle, gc does involve the player to adapt to it
using blue cores isn't as bad, but you basically trade dmg for a survivability that doesnt exist, you're always going to be a bullet sponge

you can definitely run a 4/3 setup with memento if you need to

Well I have been, but even on challenging there are moments where I'd just be better off pumping more damage and killing before they start shooting me. Cause once you start getting lit up especially by a hunter even with max memento stacks you're going down in 3 seconds.

Ammo is never an issue with an MMR because everything should die with 1 bullet anyways. Hotshot 4 piece is just useful for keeping mag topped off. Those "weirdos" running only 3 hotshot know what they're doing

There's some weird exceptions to builds the community is currently finding

I've also found 2 piece Habs + 2 piece Airaldi + ODogs + Chainkiller also does slightly more damage than 4 piece hotshot setups as well

It does a smidge less than the 3 piece hotshot + Airaldi + ODogs setup, but does more than 4 piece hotshot and has more weapon handling compared to both builds

Just note applying expertise to gear like your 6 gear pieces is a waste. With all pieces at expertise 30, you get the equivalent of only about 190k armor. That's barely 1.1 blue cores

It'll cost you about 360 540 ish components just to do so (if I'm wrong somebody speak up)

okay so to optimize a mask you need hyena "parts" or whatever, you get those by killing hyena bosses. I know you need shd recalibration and the only known way to get that is thru countdown/summit/reconfigure caches. im pretty sure you also need field recon data, you get those from the same sources as SHD recalibration. just add doing control points / Landmarks as a source (landmarks are in dz, which is a pvpve zone)

yeah mask weave. you break down high end masks. just set targeted loot to masks and just decon a shit load of them. or you can get a shit ton of money and buy a ton of masks and decon them

You dont need to finish warlords. Once you resch lvl40 the watch unlocks at the boo in dc. Your then in shd levels

If do not finish keener finale mission then rogues do not spawn. You may or may not like that. Its quite helpful for the hardcore mode.

Some activities there are black tusk activities, my theory is that if we complete all the invaded missions, that will prevent BT activity to spawn and fortunately spawn hostage rescue.

I know we dont need to play manhunt to get access to manhunt missions so even im stuck i will get access to new manhunt missions without complete scouts and get rewards but still frustrating regarding Rng quest. Hostage Rescues happen in real-time, so nearby NPC's will eventually solve the issue.
I would assume what is happening is that they're doing it before you can get there.

Try clearing more of the surrounding area+invasion if there is one.

EB – awful stability, average accuracy(even after the buff), and dogshit talent. The only good/average thing about the gun is the damage - that is if you ignore the fact that other High-End guns can also have damage talents... and if you want survivability just pick better gun and put Preservation on it(same as EB's talent, it's kill-dependent, but it doesn’t require a headshot kill)

And when it comes to pre-nerfed version - I got my first EB like 2 years ago.. so I am not comparing with the old version

Preservation doesn't even come close to the max. of 80% damage reduction, EB with Striker is totally fine when it comes to stability/accuracy.
The talent can suck in groups, because it's kill dependent and the damage mitigation is relying on getting kills too, which sucks especially for groups, but besides that it works great solo or in smaller challenging difficulty groups.

honestly if you're after supporting the team then just use eclipse foam. you won't deal any damage, but that's good because you won't be stealing any kills from teammates who need kills to proc their buffs

if you're supporting, you don't need to deal damage, you just need to debuff them to take more damage or just focus on pure crowd control

The great thing about an OD setup as well, is that a bunch of skills can proc it, so you don't even need to stack up kills.
Just use the gunner pulse/foam chem/whatever else works, and then kill the target and boom, full mag.

The recent-ish combo with Tinkerer and 2xLMG's has been a mainstay in my Master Mode runs since its inception, and that is unlikely to change any time soon.

I had the same issue. Cleared mine off earlier. Logged in and saw the green cuffs and went right away. Just made it in time and on a short run. I've had 3 the last two days that disappeared before I got there.
Just keep the map clear and try logging in and out.
My second one spawned near me when I was attacking a resource convoy, so I got lucky there.
Poor game mechanic as I see a lot of complaints about this. But stick with it, you have time.

Its not in the general main loot pool, its not droping randomly from exotic caches till you got the blueprint, same for overlord shotgun or acostas kneepads or pakhan lmg, those items only can be obtained through targeted loot for some reason, or getting blueprints from retaliation killsquads and craft it, some say its a bug from last seasons.. those also randomly might drop with prio objectives

To give you an idea, all the PS4 models are 4gb ram and they are all "stable" with the div 1 and 2, I think it will depend more on your GPU and CPU.

Ac rogue runs flawlessly on ultra settings
Unity runs well in less crowd density but struggles in dense crowds
Ghost recon wildlands struggles in general
Breakpoint just doesn’t even load textures

The D.C masks I remembered a ton about. I had probly 300-ish hours on TD2 on PS4 so I could remember a lot of the steps just from memory. It’s the NY masks I’m chasing now that I’m on PC. & I agree with the daytime/nighttime thing. As far as I know there’s 1 or 2 D.C masks you can do during the day but all the others gotta be done at night

I’m so invested in getting all of them cause when I stopped playing on PS4 (before I got it on PC) you couldn’t even wear the Hunter masks with hoods/hoodies. Which was the main reason I never bothered to get em all back it was only D.C before NY DLC came out

Cross progression wasn't a thing when Div 2 released

Yeah, first button at 5-30 to 5-45, second one at 7-00 to 7-15 and then the last step to shoot the yellow box at 21-00 to 21-15 to make the damn hunter appear for you, I even got killed one time didn't managed to kill him, I was laying dead on the ground and made a backup call, some low lvl guy came and saved my time🤣

btw Hawkster, wanna hear a fun fact? the "invitation" comm from keener takes priority over the other scripted voicelines on the missions, so you can "delay" the characther dialogues by simply playing this comm.
