So, it looks like I have figured out my "linked laserpointer problem": It only pulses the enemies when I aim way BESIDES them. The same with the technician rocket launcher. It won't aquire any target when I aim directly at them, only if I aim next to them. Is there any way to fix this?

You can switch active manhunt weeks, just activate the one you want. I've done the first 2 objectives of every manhunt scout so far, leaving the final one for stretch goals

I did it that way on 2 accounts and it worked fine, just takes a bit of time and I always cleared all the True Sons activities to make room for Hyenas.

Mission is mission, activity is activity. Even with the True Sons CP, the game sometimes spawns a Hyena territory control there and/or a public execution (iirc).
You can easily trigger it by resetting your map a few times and waiting like 2–3 minutes.

they also reward many blueprints for gear and attachments

As for supplying them: each tier within the amount you supply that you reach, gives you a "resource radar" of sorts, highlighting open world stuff.

It's on a timer, but can be very useful if you want to farm random open world bits.

If you look up "solar farm resource map" or similar terms, you can find a very useful loop of resources, the base 3 (food/water/components) you can donate to the "SHD Project" each week, in order to get a free Exotic Cache and a bunch of Season XP.

if you still have the raw files you can just use them for the other engine
from scratch for my understanding means creating these assets from the ground up, which isn't necessarily the case, but it's easier for ppl to understand to say they can't just port them from div1 to div2

You have to do it on Master difficulty. It's guaranteed to drop there on your first clear.

On Heroic it's just a 7% chance, just like any other mission-tied exotic in this game.

Has anyone used the boost in div 2? Back to the game on PC, bought Warlord and Brooklyn, going through main missions, but tempted to use my level 30 boost... how does it work?

boosts you have 2 ways to use it. first you use it to create a character that consumes the boost and start in it's appropritate area or you play the tutorial and get to the white house. goto store and use the boost to stay in DC whitehouse at the level boost you used

think there's some minor issues using the boosts if you're a die hard fan of obtaining certain things in games. Like trophies for the game

also whatever boost you used you'll reappear with random leveled gear on
