I like the update. I have 61 Mods in my inventory which are nowhere to be found, my smart cover skill has gone missing on one char, but hey. At least the enemy damage is beyond absurd now.
I find it amazing how EVERYTHING the average gang member in D.C. does is better than anything the super Division agent can do. Everyone is a freaking Carl Lewis, with a boatload of hp, can jog backwards around any obstacle while shooting with godlike aim, they even can blindfire with their weapon half a pixel out of cover with homing ammo, where the super agent holds both arms out.

The only possibility to make them useful in any way is to make them how companions worked in Van Helsing back in the day: Selecting what to do with loot (dismantle, sell, keep, depending on quality) and make them return to base when they are full to empty out. There could be different buffs for the player depending on when they are around or when they are away emptying bag.
Speaking of loot: Do away with the level up caches for good and give us global event stars instead. Especially during XP events you are more busy opening boxes and deleting crap loot than actually playing.

The game kinda have one-shot protections. You can only be one-shot if you're not already at full health or just got protected from it and the "safe for a few seconds" effect runs out.

Otherwise you just end up with a sliver of health.

After 3 reloads you gain temporary immunity to bleed status, if you reach max stacks and then reload, then only reload on max stacks you will not bleed either.

Unlike negotiator's dilemma, turmoil doesn't give you additional damage. You're doing the same damage but it's split across two targets. Usually this is a bad thing because the thing you're shooting is probably the thing you want to kill as fast as possible.

But if you're in a situation where there are a lot of targets and some of them are tanky (like warhounds) then you can use those tanky enemies to spread your damage consistently across the entire encounter.

So what I'll do is equip a striker chest and bullet king. And instead of switching between multiple targets I'll pick the tankiest thing and use it as a way to spread damage. Yeah that's intentional, the part season climax missions are intended to work with the modifiers that were active during that season. You can turn them off or overwrite with global event if you don't like them though.

@small frost crucial difference in terms of what? Even with min/max builds, players go down on heroic. If ur struggling on heroic, call for backup or ask for help on discord. If u can't find someone, then play solo on challenging or even on hard, no shame or stress at all. It's ur game, u play however u wish.

The rolls are better but you don't need max rolls to tackle heroic. Priority is to set up a proper build and you can farm for that in challenging difficulty just fine.

Also it's not all about build. You just have to get used to fighting the enemies and the mechanics of the game.

So I've come to learn that if you dont already have your set gears or you are not amazing at the game, you shoud see if you have friends playing in because calling for back up will only get you these high level players to breeze through the mission, not caring that you are trying to farm gear, as they set timers forcing you to teleport to the next section possible causing you to miss gear that you might have needed.

the thing with calling for backup is this: we’re not farming loot

I experimented in summit and if I’m dodging and rolling, running around objects, picking and choosing when I choose to lay down fire one after the other (if I can get a multi streak with bluescreen and figure out a way to have them lined up, I’ll stay exposed), I can stay alive

I absolutely love striker, I worked on that build longer, but OD keeps me alive longer and I kill quicker with it because as soon as bluescreen effect kicks in and I get HP, I can keep the trigger down without needing to reload. Usually a second or third step out of cover when I’m firing on the first dude, then rinse and repeat

Go to the guns and go down to exotics under that and see if you can do it there. Exotics section is just for crafting them I think

you won't get much opinion based on this question alone, but if one is to assume anything
you're going in with a Striker build for these 2 weapons, most will probably go the Elmo

me personally not a fan of elmo, so i'd say lexintong if you got it, or any of the other top AR weapons Famas/police mr/f2k

I was on a combine 7 before I got Elmo drop

my problem with elmo is if an npc is rushing to get into cover and you shock them during that command they do a weird shocking animation with both feet dragging on the ground until they hit cover and then you can't hit them behind that cover because they're more hunkered in because of them being shocked
