You can play with people who are level 40. To get to the gear we have can take a few days maybe, with Summit being a good farming area. Knowing roughly what you want first is always a big help. Base campaign used to be about 10 hours till 30. Can go even faster with a max level player helping you.

There are "server issues". DELTA-03 pretty much means that the connection was lost, yet the current DELTA errors seem to not be that. There may be an issue with the companion system itself that is adding to that, but who knows?

Have us recruit our ally’s we help around the open world as well as different faction recruits from both Washington and New York.

That way those who like recruiting true sons, or the idea of recruiting black tusks, hyenas, etc can do so .. and those of us who would rather have people already on our side as companions can also do so …

If you go to your modifier spot in the top middle of your inventory, click on it and READ IT. It will answer every single question you have and then some. Thats where I learned you can recruit multiple companions for increased bonuses
