Iirc the only rope up is the shortcut back to the start, the way to the arena is on the same level.
Anyway, reanimated is known to cause progression bugs with that mission, might be best to turn it off

same here when I played the 1st division game when it became free for a limited time I downloaded it and i enjoyed it really but didn't understand anything at all about builds and all that it was so confusing for me but just completed the story and didn't play it again i was so lost into it and found it had because my builds was pure junk 😂 after that saw the division 2 and checked it on youtube i was stunned with the graphics and the gears and all that and had to buy it (during this time i was saving money to get a new pc) and got the game with the new pc this day was something for me ❤️ I will never forget that day

Tank builds don't exist in division 2 (outside of the single use in raids)

Tanking means you're not killing. This means enemies are alive for longer.

There are too many bulets and attacks flying at you for any "tank" build to work effectively.

Even at maximum armour, with full regen and the highest AoK available you'll be destroyed in a few hits on high difficulty.

I was attacking an open world boss, proc zealot, took everyone down. i had 15-20% red bar of armor left plus 30-40% bonus armor, then armor reset once I was out of combat at which point the emp explosion went off and it killed me. I was using an IA build w/ tempest to test it if that makes any difference.

Yeah just find a build in normal play where you don't use your secondary weapon that much, and throw it on there.
It's surprisingly quick, although obviously faster if you actively use it.

Don't worry too much, there's a hard cap for Lvl 30 for Expertise. The only reason to get Proficiency ranked up on other items later, is if you want to add Expertise to those specific ones.

the short version is due to weird coding anything that provides additional armor either results in you taking HP damage only at the end of Zealot, losing the bonus armor instead, or randomly dying

Btw the zealot is a powerful shocker slash emp, you could've use it on a group of enemies after the timers up to avoid getting the armor gone

I did this, before after the timer is up and lost like half of my armor.

Grand Washington Hotel is invaded this week.
Perfect week to start the Nemesis project, or get that blueprint you been waiting for.

After you get the Tidal Basin piece , change mode for invaded stronghold back to invaded. Complete again for another nemesis piece (stronghold dependent). With any 2 pieces in hand, set GWH back to invaded and the blueprint will drop. Nemesis can be farmed from Marksman Rifle Target Loot after that, regardless of project completion.

If you get an MMR to 100% stability (you can check in the stats menu, make sure the proper gun is selected on the left-hand side of the screen), it will never miss from the reticule, even if you blind-fire.

Which is both very useful, and hilarious.

It's just too much work. I've shared this sheet on a couple of servers, and if I had to take a screenshot, and post it every time I updated something, I honestly wouldn't bother sharing it. To me, that would feel like spamming.

The 0% sheet numbers might be off by 1 (as I mentioned), but aside from that, everything should be up to date. I've never had any issues sharing this sheet before.

Also, I don't think there's a rule against sharing links on this server - not a big deal though.

There's no such thing.

Armour on Kill (10%) is available from the gunner specialisation. Which is generally enough to keep any build alive if you're skillful enough.

If you're still struggling, consider a secondary weapon with Preservation talent, which provides an additional 10% AoK (20% if it's a headshot kill)

However, in general, if you're struggling to stay alive you just need to use your environment better. Use full cover where available, and don't get into the LoS of muiltiple enemies at once

I’m still facing several persistent account-related issues in The Division 2 (PC), even after verifying files and creating a new character.

1️⃣ Crafting Station (Blueprints)

• Some blueprints are lost or locked, and new ones aren’t dropping even after opening multiple “Reconstructed Caches.”
• Current data: 608/644 blueprints shown — I previously had almost all.
• Examples: “The Stinger,” “Hunter’s Fury,” “Belstone Arsenal.”
• Some brand sets (like Cila Guard) are incomplete — only the Mask can be crafted.

2️⃣ New Mode “Reckoning” "RETALIATÍONI" – Timer Desync RETALIATÍONI

• My mission timer starts incorrectly (around 3:20 or sometimes 2:00) instead of the normal 8:20 or 6:00 like my teammates.
• After my timer hits 0:00, I can still play, but the result is recorded as Defeat for me and Victory for others in the same group.

3️⃣ “Descent” Mode – Missing Access & Store

• The Descent mode icon disappeared from the map.
• I can’t open the mode’s store or spend the Descent credits.
• The only access left is via the top menu, not through the map.

Is anyone else experiencing similar issues?

I’ve already opened a support case #24558624 (opened on October 8, 2025) under Information and Troubleshooting for The Division 2 (PC).

Honestly, the hardest part was trying to make a 10MB video for the support request 😅 RSRSRSRSSRSRS — so I decided to include a detailed written description instead and uploaded a comparison video showing my bugged game versus a friend’s normal gameplay (one in Descent Mode and another in the new Retaliation Mode).

I've tried this build, I saw it on DJTICKLE channel. It's an excellent build. I've tried several, but I don't think it has anything to do with the build, but rather with my gameplay, since I usually play cover. It works very well when I'm in a squad or even a duo.

My SHD is reasonable (10933). I've also made several good builds with regeneration. I think it has to do with the way I play cover. I also don't find retaliation mode very fun to play solo. Yes, I've played Game 1 since its release, and I also played cover there. I've also noticed that in Game 2, most players nowadays play with shields and go forward. I even try to play that way, but I definitely don't like it. When I'm in a squad where the NPCs' focus is divided, it's not a problem to play the way I like. On the street, where there are plenty of cover options, it's fine for me.

there are some options that work for cover, like sniping with a decoy, especially with the Mantis and some other niche builds or something like a skill build, but splitting aggro with group members works better that's for sure

I really hope they turn their back on that outdated system for div3 or make it less clunky, more freely usable.
Next season we get a companion, that might fix your issue, but we don't know much about it, it's probably something like a control point officer sticking to you.

dont use it at close range, be careful if aiming down and stop moving while shotting to not change the trajectory would be my basic suggestions

by not using it as a close range weapon, it's meant to be used for spawn camping and not so much of a mid combat build

I am watching one guy using the oxi build non stop and in the screen it appears a little snowflake, I have the same build as him but I can not find it in my screen, what am I doing wrong?

Question. a friend is having issues where they will, say, attempt to fast travel to an owned control point.. it will dump them at a nearby settlement and give them a path to said control point. Its happened a few times now

Done it with a friend and to a random and it won't pop. Just wondering if anyone got it recently (within 3 months) or if it's bugged. Yes, I've done it in the invaded Dark Zones (red knife).

You increase your global expertise level by gaining proficiency levels in more types of gear, that'll allow you to upgrade stuff further.

Expertise doesn't improve builds.

It improves weapons because its 30% extra damage. But the armour isn't worth doing at all.

field recon is from cp, each lvl of cp = +1 field recon, weapon mats are from deconstructing weapon, faciton mats are from bosses

u can also get field recon in scav points

Better farm higher difficulty control points. You will both get recon mats from named adds and a chance to get blueprints for them, then just craft. And tbh if you are that low on mats, chances are you don't need to optimize yet. Also if it's some generic gear like strikers and such, you might as well just farm it with max core and recalibrate attribute.
