Have you turned on your seasonal modifiers and taken a lot of cps to improve it? Also you will get better at it / some zones are harder than others and some are very easy

It means you did not resist a 1 million damage. Equip your 6 blue gear+ cathersis + unbreakable. Go to legrndary District and at the starting mobs pop zealot and have your defender drone up. This allows you to do the 1m damage resisted easily and also hit 5 targets on the explosion.

you can use non lmg as well... same thing happens when someone is running headhunters fury w/regulus. gearset stats dont always matter.. was able to push a backfire up to around 820chd earlier today just range testing.
you should try the set with a good lmg... pesti and bluescreen both really good, and your highends should be even better with damage talents

You can't reconfigure the capacitor from the lvl 35 milestone cache, you have to farm a new one once you reach level 40 (should just be able to go to summit and do 5 challenges to get one though)

For pestilence setup, I use sacrifice+gift (or ceska vigilance) .
Bluescreen or highend setup is solid with ceska glass or sacrifice, then contractors.
Can easily slot in tinkerer but be mindful that you'll already be stacking a lot of chd. talents that give more chd are gonna have pretty steep diminishing returns.
I would consider the ts chest similar to striker chest, most of the time you won't get full stacks on it.

Theres hunters with puzzles around the map and dlc maps you can do and fight the hunters and they drop their mask. They are extremely difficult though so I would recommend getting a solid build first and fighting them on normal world difficulty

Plants actually grow quite fast in a city, especially when there's no people around to constantly poison/cut them down.

Notably: Last of Us used them so heavily because it was 20 years later. So I doubt we're going to get city forests quite yet.

Remember that Div1 took place very shortly after the outbreak, it was still snowing Winter in NYC at that point, and the initial Green Poison only happened in late November.

It's not super intuitive, just try doing Retaliations and after a while you'll get it.

Best way is to try it out for yourself: the summit has the 'easiest' form of legendary when solo as it scales to your group size. Legendary strongholds only scale enemy health/armour, not the number of enemies.

running spiced up with heartbreaker is great. After the cooldown you get your blue armor back. It lets you pop it in situations that might cause you to down.

been farming up some retaliations to try and get the CPs retaken east of white house for the manhunt, so far I've managed to get two in West Potomac Park, one in Constitution Hall and one in West End 😩
The last one didn't even spawn any kill squads, despite three CPs
