Hell, even on a normal full red striker build, bullet king barely sees 100k damage alone. Any AR can easily outperform that due to not only a damage talent but for better burst DPS. If they buffed the damage, even slightly, maybe like 7.5k more damage, I'd consider bullet king

No, because more allies = more enemies.

But you would get xp as if the enemies were level 5, not level 40.

You can't matchmake with level 40 players if you are lower. If you have a lvl 40 friend who can invite you and host stuff, you do get significantly more XP, and that's not just from more mobs, completing missions/bounties, what not, reward way more than they normally would. 5 directive heroic bounties are very quick to hit level 40 that way.

Play at your own risk. When you get good games, it's fun. Most of the time, they won't be all that great. PvP experience is like this season's stretch goals: play for 6 hours, you get 15 minutes of rewards (reward being a good enjoyable experience)

Well, for division 2 having the devs around back then with a much bigger team, they actually combatted against them. It was when they all left and when we have the team we have now, it's not big enough to fight the cheater issue

We all know division 2 is a mostly PvE game. It just has pvp in it. If we only have like 10 devs for this game total, and majority of the playerbase is PvE, that's not enough resources. Back during WONY, they had a few dozen devs at the least. That was enough resources for pvp balancing and cheating

DJ Tickle recently did a video opening 33 caches. He got 2 Lexington's and I think 2 nimble holsters. Rest were all junk. 2 out of the 33, he got Lexington? That's terrible RNG and drop chances. Imagine those opening double, if not triple, and never seeing those items. Drop chances, no matter what the argument is, need to be increased a good amount next season. Not too much to make it easy, but enough to make players be engaged

Considering LFG servers exist, yeah, you're 100% right. The RNG for this season was pretty bad. I did some of last season's stretch goals for funsies and didn't much care what I get. Managed to get a few dupe exotics (not exclusive) that I needed for my alt characters. Was a pretty nice reward. This season is different, they re-announced Lex/Turmoil. But, made the drop chances much much too low for those who want the items but don't have the time to grind. Seen reports of people pass level 400+ and yet to see a single exclusive item. But the game gave them 1 or 2 exclusive raid exotics

I managed to get 1 Lexington, and 2 Nimble holsters. I already had 2 lex, and 1 Nimble. Just needed that last lex, and even I was getting discouraged. Until they announced the free items. Big sigh of relief, my farming is over. Now I just play here and there just for the fun of it since raid exotics are in the loot for those caches. Would be nice to get another EB despite me having 2 already

Im done with division 2. Farming summer swarm caches over and over running the same content over and over thats been out for years has driven me insane. I get on d2 and immediately feel tired. The drop chances and the best raid items are so low its pointless. If the new division games are gonna be this effing grindy im not playing them either. thats a connection issue between you and the server, often due to desync. considering youre on xbox and it is a Friday (most are off on Fri/Sat/Sun), an influx of players will be on. everyone is farming the stretch goals rn and opening caches, leaving behind loot, etc. causes server overhead. additionally, the dev team is very small. its not like they got a massive staff team to begin with

Yeah, that's desync. Force quit the game, relog back in. Again, keep in mind there's a big event going on right now and players are causing a LOT of overhead. Also keep in mind it's not just you having issues. People elsewhere are too. It's likely tied to your region having issues. If you don't like it, just stop playing. Streamlined grants Weapon Damage when not using skills. Think of it like Vigi but for guns and not using skills

I pair it with Optimist + Streamlined. 120 ish CHD base. Umbra carries me to near 300. Makes my Famas shoot at least as fast as Ouroboros. Streamlined and Vigi increases my WD by a whole 30-50%. Plus 4 red cores, add that all together... Burst Damage powerhouse

The thing about NBB (ninja bag) is that whatever it gets you, it's worse than what it's replacing: backpack talents are really strong in div2, and on a gearset, if you need the backpack talent, you can't swap it out. So high-end or green, you're losing out.

by all means experiment away, but don't expect amazing things.

but, re: mass opening caches. The devs have told us that each time you open a cache, it's freshly generated, same goes for Proficiency Caches you get for levelling up your SHD.

I don't think you quite understand that's not how expertise works. You have to use different items and play with those for things to count towards expertise. You can't just use the same old build and expect other stuff to level up. You need to play with different gear. You don't just level up, for example virtuoso, by using only Striker. You either need to play with it, donate it as junk, or donate printer filaments to level it up
