okay maybe I should give context of the exact situation that pissing me off really really badly. I was soloing the fight with wyvern in tidal basin. She spawn with chungus and 2 drone operator. I have no cover as she just lobe nades at me. I have to deal with drone operators but then I have chungus munching at my armour. Oh yeah, I have a 1.5 minute timer to finish enemies or deal with missiles. There is no breathing room

Adding blue cores to a striker, especially for legendary content, just actively makes the game harder for no benefit

it's not really good faith advice to give a struggling player modifier-dependent builds, especially blue striker builds because of the extra farming needed compared to red striker pieces

good that your friend can solo legendary with it but they're not really helping you

But that's not good advice to give to someone, unless he fully explained the build to you.

Lexi was shared to me btw from a clan friend. This is the most effective way to do it. "Use" your friends. If you don't have any, you have to be very patient and maybe don't push too much. You have time until the event ends anw.

The conversation here for the last 2 days is an endless loop of players:

1. Players having the weapon cause they logged in and got it for free. So they kinda gatekeeping it and defend Massive decisions. And they remind you all the time that you don't need the weapon of course etc. All this from a safe spot having the weapon for free.
2. Players that missed the weapon via the date limited login, and they just want the weapon maybe in the same way the other players had it in the first place. So with this event they are feeling they are getting punished.
   That's whats happening here imo. And it's normal for players to feel frustrated. A game is supposed to be fun not punishing to the player.

Activate a Stronghold via the Priority Objectives (reward doesn't matter) for the meta Season Pass farm.

Odds for getting a named item from summer swarm should have been 33%. These rates are really rough.

Especially because the grind becomes a major slog once you've used up any immediate projects and journey claims. Then, 10-20 priority missions before you pull another named item?

No matter how you look at it, our time isn't being rewarded, and basically the devs lied to us considering Yannick himself said he didn't want these exclusive items to be a "FOMO" item... Even tho they just did what they said they wouldn't do...

I've been following this event closely and reading what the community has to say, and it's a pretty overwhelming majority who aren't happy about the drop chances for this event. Considering a decent number of them are new players and also don't have much time to play

I get it, they have to keep people engaged somehow. But I feel the system could've been a bit better for new and old players all around

lack of bans in terms of PVP cheating (as well as pvp balancing), the insanely low drop rate of exclusive items, the lack of gear balancing of old dead sets, the endless list of bugs that have yet to be fixed since the game's release nearly 7 years ago, the constant bleeding of players due to lack of actually new content (maps, activities, etc). I'm not dooming, it's just the truth. many creators have talked about their lack of willingness to keep making content on division 2 due to this issue. we have been doing the same activities for nearly 7 years, playing the same maps for 7 years, using the same builds for nearly 7 years. Again, I'm not hating, I am just seeing why people are jumping ship. I want the game to succeed, and the announcement of survival can for sure bring success. They're walking a pretty tight line. It's not the first time the mods here have silenced me for speaking out about this. We are all paying customers and if we can't provide feedback, like I'm doing now, then what's the purpose?

that's because I have everything in this game. I know what's good and what's not. the only content left for me is PVP. and that is a dumpster fire at this moment for other reasons. The new gear thats been released, is pretty much useless. there hasnt been new content wise, aside from brooklyn, that kept somebody with my hours/level/experience hooked. for newer players, their experience will be super rich. for someone thats been around a bit, the experience has been a bit lackluster
