This was a side effect of the introduction of the level 40 boost with the battle for brooklyn dlc. It would have basically made an instant farming method for materials. They did triple the gains from each shd point used on the watch and gave everyone back their level equivalent of points to compensate

3rd option is living in Descent until you get the blueprint to craft it

Perfect week to start the Nemesis project, or get that blueprint you been waiting for.

After you get the Tidal Basin piece , change mode for invaded stronghold back to invaded. Complete again for another nemesis piece (stronghold dependent). With any 2 pieces in hand set GWH back to invaded and the blueprint will drop. Nemesis can be farmed from Marksman Rifle Target Loot after that, regardless of project completion.

tbf I think the core game design does not work well with PvP
div1 had much more room for playmaking and required morel skill to be good, that's how you ended up 1vs4 or even fight the whole darkzone, while that is almost impossible in div2
the other thing is probably netcode, never felt really good and sometimes it feels really desync
the goto for me was always, if I want to play good PvP I play other games 😄

Xbox and PC are 2 different platforms. Division isn't cross-platform, meaning each platform is their own separate thing. You would need to repurchase the whole game on Xbox in order to play. Additionally, you will not have your progress transfer from PC to Xbox, since they are 2 entirely separate platforms

Best all around seasonal XP farm I've found is doing Stronghold Prio's and setting the Stronghold difficulty to heroic. Speedrunning it with a mostly blue striker memento build and st Elmo's resulted in super quick clears. Was how I maxed my season pass out within 3 days

For its price point, the game has ample content and replayability. Along with a very good, and very diverse build system.

The content, while repetitive, is looter shooter style rinse and repeat. Which is EXACTLY why you play this sort of game.

The use of cover mechanics and enemies that will one tap you if you sneeze in their direction makes the harder difficulties far more rewarding and tactical in their approach. This isn't a power fantasy like other looter shooters.
