Although you can get all the Named Items from "Named Item Caches" as well.

There is also the Lady Death/Bloody knuckles/Shield combo that raises the damage of the Lady Death SMG by like 90%, and the damage of melee by like 325%

if you do have season pass.. you can do priority objectives with exotic reward. You can farm guaranteed exotic drops when doing a mission, stronghold, activity or open world.. this will have you swimming in exotics.

It's perfectly possible to have done it passively. The modifiers are set by the session owner

As long as the hardcore global modifier is active, you'll passively gain tiers by killing enemies

Make sure not to activate the active modifier until you have hit the threshold you want. THe tiers reset once the active is over

Im not lvl 30, but friends are and it didnt take years. You just have to imitate a hamster in a wheel and keep spinning. Thats why i cannt be bothered with it. The mechanism only exists due ubi not supporting the game during ‘that’ period. In place of content players got their favourite thing, a time sink.
