If you got those exotic with a group and during playing together only THAT group who's with you on that current time can get the said exotic

Also exotic giving / weapon giving or any equipment giving to another player has a time limit of 15-30 minute iirc, add on to that if you "EQUIP" the exotic / equipment you wanted to share you're unable to "Share" The said equipment anymore as it falls under equipment binding

@bright summit FYI if you wanna do exotic trade do it on weekends like Saturday and Sunday! Usually people are trading away their exotic cache from the weekly supply and legendary POI so you can trade up to 2 exotic each week

Targeted loot is the only way to get specific piece, some piece also only claimable through Dark zone due to exclusivity of the equipment BUT there's an alternative way, Summit is your main go to for a specific gear equipment, this also includes weapons too! Although you're required to play it on legendary difficulty 😅

To get the NinjaBike Messenger Backpack in Division 2, you can:
Target random activities across the map such as rescuing hostages, taking out enemy resource patrols, and flipping the broadcast stations.
Farm for it using the targeted loot feature in Countdown and Summit.
Get it as a drop from named enemies in the Dark Zone.

Your numbers are off too, you now get almost the same amount of PF/point regardless which way you do it (breaking down giving very slightly more, around 1.7-1.8% extra), but obviously direct purchase is still better due to less hassle, unless someone really wants to capitalize on that miniscule difference.

Is there a work around for the CP conqueror commendation? I can get other factions to attack, there’s no issues there, but shouldn’t I be at least 2/4 if I’ve cleared all 4 CPs in Brooklyn? Nothings counting. Rikers in dumbo, cleaners in heights. Not even their own CPs count for me. Danvers’ assets completed but still at 1/16 with all snitch cards collected.

Tried on different characters and can’t get past 1/4 even with multiple times resetting all checkpoints on different difficulties. Made the whole map green several times. Rikers attacked and claimed the CPs in Dumbo, cleared the cps and nothing. Still 1/4.

WONY will get you 4 skills, BfB gets you 1, but the important stuff is all in the base.

It's worth getting the DLC's, for those skills and such, but not mandatory if you're light on funds.

It is, the missions are changed a bit with different bosses and stuff. It's been forever since I dealt with the BT invading but yea every week once you complete all of those missions the BT will take over 3 missions and a stronghold besides tidal basin as they always have that one

Today I discovered that the motar explosion, (those mortars that you see on the incursion, the DARPA labs mission, Kelso Manhunt etc.) is not an explosion.
I made a few tests and I discovered that the motar does not interact with the final measure gear set and neither with the fortified smart cover, (since it isn't an explosion, the explosives resistant and the explosion's stagger immunity are useless in this case) and not even the demolitionist perk, that protect you from explosion (once again it is not an explosion damage) every 60 seconds, protect you from it.

the directives are very buggy this season.. my guess is since they moved the manhunt from last seasons into legacy and they still allow you to put the modifers from the last season there something got very messed up

the only way I've found to "roll" it is to logout and log back in.. no guarantee it will fix it but sometimes it does and I get ravager

On a note, I fought my first rogue agent encounter on my own outside of a mission, I enjoyed it, way more than mr recruiter who is a hunter.

I honestly enjoy rogue agents way more than hunters.
Its better when I am on equal footing but can just as easily be taken down, as it is for the rogue agent.

Hunters remove part of your gameplay, which is far less enjoyable.

as @delicate hazel says.. it's not that they ruin the gameplay, this is what makes them dangerous.. it's that it IS actually part of the gameplay.. You have mods and other gear pieces that allow you to craft a build that will be immune to it, it's a compromise. This season is especially good because you can actually have 100% haz pro making rogues and hunters super easy to deal with. But even with that, you can still prioritize ant-jamming and you can use your skills to help you deal with them.

you will hear an announcement. Rogue Agents Detected (it wil also work in open world) so you don't have to engage them. They show up past level 40, it's pretty random in missions unless you are playing countdown which has them always.

Sure, but even then, I dislike anything that near permanently takes away half your mechanics as a player, as per my experience with mr recruiter.

Its unlike something like that one pentagon mission where you can stop the disruption if you focus on that first, allowing you to gain your skills back, and continue from there, oh and taking control of your skills too, which I also dislike.

Its more fun, to me at least, when its an equal footing tactics match ala the rogue agents.

yeah until 40 you won't encounter them.. after 40 Rogue agents can pop up randomly in the open world fighting, or they can spawn as you take a control point or they can be on any part of the mission room .. so you take the control point and at that point you will hear a very distinct action music and they pop out. For the CP Rogues you don't really get an announcement as they are meant to be a surprise. In open world ISAC will warn you ahead of time and so will he in the missions. But CPs are a wild card.

From what others have said, random rogues don't actually start appearing in your game until you've completed liberty island for the first time. You can hold off on doing that and they simply won't spawn.

There are ways to do it, for me I found it easiest to just kill all the adds asap (they stop spawning after a bit) and then I could one-on-one the recruiter without the distraction. Others leave 1 low-threat add alive to prevent more spawning.

Even then, for what I could find that got me to fighting mr recruiter, he just moves around to much for me to properly do anything with, and without my skills, I can't push him to a position I can really fire him at in the given time frame.

Regardless of what gear I brought specifically for the boss fight.

It's really up to the player. The hardest patch to get would be the HC Dark Hours commendation, beyond that it's just up to you if you want to run HC iron horse, legendaries, etc. I know one player who likes to buy a new account (so he's starting from true scratch) and see how far he can get on one life, I think 0-shd 2000 is about his current record.

HC raids are still quite rare though, you generally have to organise a team and then practice a bunch on SC with the same builds you intend to use on HC to make sure you're all well in control of everything

xdefiant ran on newer version of snow drop and I can tell you that they had MASSIVE issues with back-end infrastructure with the engine as well.. one of the reasons why they had issues with some network and latency

people will give you their takes on turmoil. When I started I thought it was amazing.. after using it for a while, I hated it. The fact that it takes away half of your damage even if it splits it to other enemies is not something I liked. I used it on one shot rifle build and it was ok just purely because one shot rifle builds do so much damage it makes sense on it, but on striker build, running and gunning I disliked it a lot.

I think turmoils are waaaay overrated. If I wanted something that's doing similar thing I'll run Negotiator's Dillema.. that's how turmoils should work basically IMO.

And your expertise level is like a garage, if it is level one so you can level up the weapon or gear to level one of expertise. If it's level five then the expertise can be leveled up to level five. Just like the number of cars that you can have in your garage.

so funny..all the talk about recruiter made me do it now.. it is unnecessarily annoying but the strat with leaving 1 npc alive and moving around the map away from him while fighting the recruiter was definitely the best strat. weak points were not a problem going from right through the middle to the left and then center..

On first try I needed 15-20 seconds longer to finish him, however, clearing everything so npcs don't spawn definitely takes quite a bit of time, so leaving the one npc is definitely a safer route.

It was a good fight though, challenging and I can definitely see now why people are annoyed with it.

i'd say it's a second priority to having a build that performs without modifiers. after that's done you can do whatever you want, this season modifiers providing free hazpro is pretty crucial to having backfire maxed potential

i personally like high risk high reward builds and it kinda goes against the idea of modifiers

it's basically a way for the devs to teach new players "this is a build" which i feel they should've consulted us on what should've been given so that you'd get the gist of a proper build

Yep it’s in loadout, and I’ve tried every gun I have to swap it out

simple solution, once you change the gun you have to resave over that load out to make it so when you use the loadout you're not equipping what you had saved with the capacitor

general anderson manhunt (pentco power station map) has infinite spawns far as i know if you don't do the mechanics. so you just basically kill the respawning adds as quickly as you can ignoring the objectives for it

Backfire is strong anywhere. Getting 200% crit damage is not hard and it's pretty fast. The issue with backfire for me was never really stacks and damage you do, it's the bleed that make you hunch over, slows you down, obscures your screen with blood and makes you kind of more vulnerable to hits and armor really. So making a build wiht haz pro/bleed resist to mitigate this is something I account for. It is probably the strongest weapon I've played so far aside from Chameleon (who's talent is harder to manage and track uptime to get maximum efficiency).
