Crit chance caps at 60. Crit damage is additive to itself. The higher CHD, the less actual damage increase you get when adding more. Meanwhile DTOC comes from very few sources and gives more damage to any targets from that 3rd attribute than anything else.

The easiest way, is to get control points to alert level 4 (= heroic). It will spawn a named enemy during the 1st phase, and one more during the 2nd phase.

Stage 1 is levels 1-40, thats the story.
Stage 2 is SHD 1-1000, thats the grind. This is when equipment matters.
Stage 3 is SHD 1000+, and thats when you get to start getting wierd with it. THIS is the real game.

Striker (general solo build with memento/chest with obliterate), Hunter's Fury, Ongoing Directive, Refactor build (skills) are all solid builds for running without modifiers. Modifiers this season really just amplify some skill builds or CHC/CHD on some builds.. most are not that much different to be honest. Striker and Backfire builds are really strong this season because of circumstantial passives but other than that it's pretty open for other builds.

That's not really something you can just link up and do. Just turn your on call status to on and wait for backup requests. Stay long enough to get the endorsement, rinse and repeat.

honestly don't wait for them to announce.. just go to map (M), go under Matchmaking and just hit RANDOM CALL FOR HELP.. do your things around the world or whatever, farm stuff for XP and let it matchmake you into a Call for Help.. that's your best bet, it will pull you immediately as soon as anyone calls for help

Why is it so hard to find raid people

The way it works is like this. When you go into someone's session, you play by their rules. If the person you are joining had the seasonal modifiers on or directives, you will have them on as well. If you go into someone's instance who doesn't have them on for whatever reason (they are low level < 40 and doing story missions, or they don't know how to turn them on, you will not have them either. If they do have it on though, and you are in their session/progression your seasonal modifiers passives and active will still be the way YOU set them for your build, but if the seasonal modifiers are off, you won't have yours on either. Story missions turn any seasonal modifiers off to give all players the same experience regardless of the season. Once you leave their progression/session you still need to turn it back on for yourself if they had it off.

I think most people could get it during the season though by just randomly joining people and getting to rank 8.. it's guaranteed drop anyways. Even with no 3XP and Game pass project, it's still attainable fairly easily.
