Check everything before you dismantle, you fill it in pretty fast if you run a lot of Countdown, or when there are big XP events and you are running a lot of Control Points

Descent rewards are really based on time invested. But yeah, when countdown is in the game, nothing is ever going to match that in terms of loot per hour. The main draw of descent is the mode itself and being able to stack talents in ways you can't in the normal game. The mode isn't perfect and has flaws for sure, but I personally think it's fun. Like all content though, it's not every everyone.

The DLC contents will come bundled in today's patch regardless of if you decide to buy the expansion or not. It won't be a separate content package with its own file size.
