you'll want to spend them all on each character you have on your account. once server comes back up on tuesday whatever you have left over disappears and gets overwritten with a gifted 100% scavanging points of what you get -800 of SHD level

think of this game as having multiple loot tables. targeted loot has its own loot table which procs each time you get a random drop from an enemy for example, but bighorn is not part of this table. legendary named enemies have a table just for bighorn at 5%

you can go from 1-40 and learning the game.. it will take you about a week to get to 40 without any boosts.. at a normal pace (a few hours a day). You can however boost to 40 directly and then skip the whole story stuff and start working on the character right away.. you will have to still do things like extract talents, attributes and stuff into your library becuase that's how the system works. But you will be able to immediately start making builds. With 1-40 nothing you do will really matter until you get to 40.. it's more of a learning experience and getting familiar with the missions and stuff as most of them you will be replaying during your build farming stuff

Fixed the issue with agents being unable to open caches when their inventory is full.
Fixed the issue with mortars in the Y6S3 Climax Mission dealing full damage through props in Beat 4 and Beat 7, hitting players below with both the explosion and poison cloud.

The only time you can expect certain exotics is from the quests to get them, other than that right now you can do Priority Missions that reward exotics, as well as buy exotic caches from Countdown or the Season Vendor

You can target the type of gear for the exotic you want so long as it is in the general loot pool in countdown, and it is hit or miss, although I would say I average 1 exotic every 2-3 runs
