It makes absolute sense there is queues. The servers are probablay allocated automaticly. When there are no players they downscale. Then, everyone logs back on, so servers need to be allocated.

No, ISAC is still the main AI you are going to hear most of the time in the game, and some Manhunt missions she says some scripted lines and let you know when a priority objective is available.

so after playing for a couple of days with Ongoing Directive with Chameleon, Backfire, various ARs and LMGs with Sadist. this build's limitation is that you kind of have to run LMG because if you get a tankier enemy, the hollow point rounds won't be enough to kill the enemy and you will have to find a way to refresh it.. on 1 to 1 encounters that is rough so you lose all that damage basically without hollow points. With LMG 100+ - 200 round mag, that's really what it was meant for right?
