So long as you are willing to spend a few hours in countdown doing some grinding, most builds are pretty easy to cobble together. And if you played to the endgame before takinga break a lot of stuff you had before still works just fine.

I took like a year break and when I came back all my stuff still works great, so I have just added a few new load outs to keep things fresh.

I have tried to get another one and I got thrown at with plenty exotics from Priority Objectives, but Strega doesn't seem to be in the loot pool for them. Is Strega obtainable from Exotic Caches? There is no combo variation with Streamlined in it's current form, it's just default Streamlined plus your OG talent like Killer or Sadist.

@rough veldt It's when you make a new character, use the Lvl 30 boost, and then use your accumulated Scavenging Points from your SHD watch to boost up stats.
You can them delete the character, or keep them as an extra/storage space.

It's only really recommended once you hit SHD Level 1500+, so don't worry about it quite yet.

I think it's because it stacks with overdrive.. so that 5% becomes A LOT more when momentum kicks in.. without this season's modifier though and overdrive I still think DTTOC would win but this season specifically I'm happy I played with rate of fire so far.

I was helping a friend do his missions and leveling up.. we were doing, the two of us and I was just running along with him on his missions. So just pick normal difficulty and it should work.. On "Story" difficulty it might turn off your modifiers, you will know because you won't see your momentum bar at all

the reason I know this is because I was still trying to get my tactical modifer kills and I was like "why is this not activating my tactical momentum modifier" and then I realized what the issue was.

if you got a weapon damage or 14.9% you wont' be able to optimize it to 15% until you find a drop that gives you that 15% to put in your library

All things being equal.. lets say you have two weapons like the "Emeline's Guard", and the "Stoner LAMG", how do you determine which weapon is better to use (pre-40's, lvling up)??
Take the Emeline's Guard: It throws out a lot of rounds fast and if you put on a optimal range and accuracy? Just really great dps.
Then the Stoner LAMG rocks with Stability and Accuracy attachments, just making it laser pointer accurate and devastation all around.
How do you guys know and determine between two great weapons like those examples, on which one to use? Any advice/tips appreciated!

How do I get tiers on my skills

otherwise putting on gears like Arca Buz De Brazos think palisades as well(could be skill efficency)? then using the Future Perfect Talent would increase your skill tier while still having some weapon or armor cores

the future perfect is per kill upto 3 for normal and the perfect does 4 kills Mechanical Animal and forget the MMR version

Ninja Bike Backpack and Memento have 1 skill tier on them if you want to go that route

Exotics are just regular items with a unique appearance, unique talent, and a lock of only being able to use 1 at a time
Exotics in div2 are not like in other games.

as @jagged prism said.. Heroic has a bit higher chance of exotics but not worth it because challenging is super fast, you get only 20 credits less on extraction and you can still get an exotic. It's better to just blast through it fast and get the credits and gear and you can also buy exotic chests at the vendor for credits - it's 224 credits so about 2 runs. Heroic can usually get messy if some folks are underpowered especially at the end when you are fighting multiple hunters and you can actually die before you extract losing all credits really.

Banshee is good for it for a couple reasons. It's pretty strong at tier 0, you can use gunner +50 pouch, benefit from gunner aok, cooldown on banshee is short, and if using modifiers you can hit overdrive and that banshee pretty much disorients an entire area.

I struggled with this as I started the game a few weeks ago. Extract talents/attributes as much as you can until you have them solid. Then mostly mats but I do some batches when I'm full towards expertise.

you can before 40, but those are lower and you'll out grow them once you get in the 31-40 range i think? dunno if they changed it to 1-39 stats, then that would change things

I forgot.. @narrow pebble honestly at 12 dont' even worry about it.. you will be discarding the gear.. I will differ a bit from @jagged prism 's advice and tell you to sell for money while you are that low. And also do some bounties when you can. Money was more valuable to me than mats at those early stages.

The reason being is that mats won't make much difference for you because you won't be really imprinting anything until after you hit 40. BUT, you might be able to buy a gun in a pinch from vendors that will be up to your level which will make it easier for you to go through content.

That's my 2 cents as new player who went through this recently.

even though you won't be using those materials right away, once you hit 40 and got some ecredits and a small amount of blueprints to play with, those materials might be more valuable in the long haul

materials.. they are used to optimize and imprint talents and attributes into your gear to customize it.. but when I was going to 40 from scratch.. I felt money was far more important to me. Once i hit 40, money was no longer an issue as I could get striker gear (a brand set) and I was powerful enough to do challenging content and had tons of money.. that's when I started dismantling stuff for mats but also extracted talents and attributes first.. that's your main thing.. once you hit 40 do that first.. without it you won't have anything to imprint.. the ones you have as duplicates or you have extracted already you can dismantle for mats.. that was a win/win for me.

yeah, don't obsess too much like I did with gear until you hit 40.. just use whatever.. none of that gear matters.

yeah.. upgrade crafting table as soon as you can to high end.. this will allow you to recalibrate exotics and also craft high-end gear from blueprints you have.

cool so before level 40 just chill and focus on levellig up

upgrading the table will require you to complete certain things, so you will be in on superior for a while.. until you finish Tidal Basin chain.. I think at that point you will have requirements met to upgrade it to high-end

yup.. before 40 just enjoy yourself.. try stuff out, switch it out

see which gun feels best, which skills you like etc etc.

yeah, 2 things you should do right off the bat.. 1. Classified missions 2. Find all safe houses.. They will allow you to fast travel around the map, after you unlock settlements of course.. save you tons of time

Hey there, I never played the division series before, but the battle for brooklyn dlc has me interested. Can I just jump into Divison 2, or should I go back to D1? And if so, is there enough people to do the story content?

personally both div 1 and 2 seems like different stories being told so you can do div 1 then div 2 or do both, just know the builds changes drastically between the 2
