Easiest way to achieve a healing dps type build would be running tech class/memento in a dps setup. Tech class can be set to repair and between it and stacked memento you can have 40% repair skills before even figuring in the other 5 pieces

Healing skills are a bit weak, but combined with memento armor regen its pretty solid armor gain. That type of setup makes shields really strong as well.

Yes but you can replace with any piece of Electrique just need to get status effect or skill haste rolled. Not hard

Brandset bonuses work by being active when you have the piece equipped, and getting more as you add more pieces of that brandset, to a cap of 3.
e.g. with Electrique; the first bonus gives you +10% Status effects, the second is 20% Electricity Protection, and the 3rd is 30% SMG Damage (although it's not really, really 30%, but you get the idea).

These bonuses exist separately from the attributes you have on the items.

It reloads slower now, maybe that’s what you’re noticing. And the final hit for the full enemy debuff comes on an additional shot. So basically they made it less handy in a jam, but for more planned actions its mostly fine as before. Reloading can be kind of agonizing sometimes though

After you get the Tidal Basin piece , change mode for District Union Arena back to invaded and complete again for another piece. with 2 pieces in hand set GWH back to invaded and the blueprint will drop. Nemesis can be farmed from MMR TL after that regardless of project completion.

@swift temple Yes, because each one you open, contacts the server and generates it fresh. It's not pre-determined.
Yannick has said specifically that mass opening them is something they'd love to be able to do, but would also basically break the game for everyone.
