Golden Bullet is pretty much the best GE that we have, it is absurdly good for farming, because it basically over-buffs your Agent and can make basically any trash build fantastic.

Nah forget crafting stuff, it always pretends that you're on Normal Difficulty, so the rolls usually suck.
Printer Filament is mainly for the Proficiency+Expertise System.

There are some long time players that roll low level PVP alts just to mess with people trying to level to 40. They're not that common, I encountered one only once when I was levelling up 3 alts from 30 to 40. If you see them just move to a different DZ, or relog to try to get to a different server.

@sturdy bloom Yep! It's just part of the general loot pool. You can most quickly get it via Targeted Loot (TL) . Matchmake for Countdown (CD) on Challenging, set the TL to AR's, buy extra caches with the CD credits.

Not really. No core requirements to unlock, and no counterintuitive building.
More damage cores is more damage. More armor cores is more armor.
The closest you get to that style of building is maybe capacitor using skilltiers as weapon damage.
