the issue with your "build" is that you are trying to make a hybrid. red/yellow. At the moment that kind of build is quite hard to make well. it needs specific tallents or gearsets to make it work.

It's pretty easy to get a few agents up to speed.
Can level spec pretty easy doing invaded/ projects weekly. At this point I have my main builds duplicated in each.

It's actually kinda worse, the trick with NBB is that it takes up a backpack talent, which is some of the strongest damage options we have available.

Memento is another Exotic Backpack, and has the 3 cores. But a MUCH better Talent.

It's likely going to be Control Points, on Challenging or higher (Lvl 3, or Lvl 4 for Heroic)

Yeah you get a blueprint from any Control Point that you just finish on Lvl 3 or 4.

yeah that must be it. you can recognize the enemies that have the modifier active by the icon above their head. when you damage them in mid range they reflect increasingly more damage back so you'll have to damage them from short or long range

what you mentioned there are the directives. You can turn off the modifiers by going into inventory, and clicking on the pulse icon next to your specialization weapon and toggling on/off

You cannot do this solo, you don't matchmake for raids/Incursion and you don't play any raid on Story/Discovery.

Support builds are useful but not all work for all teams. Some teams need healing, tank, and quicker team ones like CC.
Tanks are good at not dying and dealing with Drone Controllers.

It is eating through more ammo cuz your missing more often now that it shoots faster. every 1/10 of a second your off target is more ammo wasted then before, also if your slightly behind when tracking someone youll also waste more ammo

Right now on my sniper, I have made a secondary build specifically for Rifle. It consists of Breaking Point Mask, Chest, Holster + Ninja pack + Eagle's Grasp Gloves + Fox's Prayer Knee pads + Capped out Crit + Boomerang on the Rifle. The effective damage is pretty good 🙂

Breaking Point is bad due to uptime on the talent isn't great.
Anytime a Ninjabike is in a build don't expect the best dmg with it.

OD once you get the ammo going will do more.
HP/OD Bullets 50% + Sadist 30% + Vigi 25% is hard to beat for rifles dmg.

I think the thing that some people do wrong with the BP set, is that they put a high-cap mag in the rifle (or they wait until they have max stacks before triggering), which means it takes too long for the reload to happen automatically during combat. I usually just aim for 20 stacks, which in my case is +80% damage for 15 seconds, and it takes about 10-15 seconds of full-on combat to build it back up. And the whole time about every 3rd shot gets the boomerang effect which is +40% damage. Then I get +25% rifle damage from the set itself. All combined it is usually enough to cut through most groups pretty fast. But at the moment I am only playing on challenging, so maybe I will need to up it further if I ever decide to go for a higher difficulty.
