elmo isn't even the highest performing assault rifle in terms of sustainable damage, I guess the 60 mag would have made it more worse, but I think in terms of buffing the base m4 damage it would have been a good middle ground, I need to do the calculation for TU22 again

nah EB just doesn’t make sense
if you build enough red cores you’d just blitz through them and the DR is a cheap gimmick
if you build for blue for tank hybrid you’d never kill anyone fast enough for it to matter especially in group content
the middling accuracy paired with the gimmick makes it so that hitting headshots becomes a nuisance instead of something rewarding

and now that elmo exists there’s no reason to use EB for pve whatsoever

because shock is the strongest CC effect in the game,they cant fight back or run to cover,and its spammable

enemies not shooting at you is an effective 100% DR

because you dont take damage

and btw no im not saying this is a total failure of a patch,they did a lot of good too

its just that the bad cancels it out

they should not have caved in to reddit complaining that they cant blitz through content

lots of unhappy people. i hate to point out the other issues not mentioned. the reload speed is way off. the crit chance and dmg are off. there is nothing lining up in stats correctly. i have a build with weapon handling and one without. try it yourself. the one with weapon handling is slower to reload. makes no sense. crit chance is really screwed. you are either under or over. never perfect. and omg the rifles. i can just run around with my acr ss with full stablility and kill everything without aiming and trying. the ravenous is stupid easy to one shot everything as well. rework and balance must mean something different to ubisoft. . also all the apparel (chest, backpack and gloves) we bought in the past seasons is now up for sell and no longer on my agents. thanks for screwing up my outfits. so i bought it and now they want us to buy it again. other thing is they want to make money but these guys are giving it away in the 100 lvls. premium credits given away. u have to wonder about any company who gives revenue away. glad i am not a share holder.

P.S. Determined is absolutely ignored by ubisoft. mention it to them and they won't respond. they ignore it and guess hope it goes away on its on. besides the determined i had no problem with the balance of the gear before this update.

I currently get DELTA error every time I try to log on to one of my characters. I think it has to do with a backpack skin in the Apparel tab. If you have any chest, backpack, glove, and/or knee skins applied through the Apparel tab, you could try and remove them to see if it changes anything.

I would like to suggest to change weapon handling on gear attributes from 8 to 15. Eagle's Grasp from 15 to 22. Making weapon handling 15% on gear attributes will compete with crit dam, head shot etc. It's just not ideal to choose 8% weapon handling over 12% crit dmg, 10% headshot, or 6% crit.

Hostiles with Requital modifier sometimes do not have indicators above their head, and its happen to often to me, just see regular enemy without any modifiers shoot at him in middle range and he has Requital but no icon... Cool and i die like this hundred times

A lot faster but less regular way of having Rogue's spawn, is to capture Control Points. There's a chance a squad size of +1 shows up after you take it, before the Supply Room opens.

Black Tusk drops all of them, but the pool is wider.

looks like with the new exotic holster you can bank extra ammo for your weapon and still benefit from the RoF and damage buff when you switch back

Tbh I have almost max accuracy and stability so recoil isn't a problem

And the modifiers with ranger gives you a lot of damage

Yeah would love if they tuned the recoil a bit more so I wouldnt have to rely on mods for stab/acc

I use the new exotic holster with the new named BP and gunslinger chest with 2PC of that rifle brand set

Can pump out millions with little recoil issues

Yep running an aces with eagle's grasp and foxes' with everything rolled to headshot and it's pretty sick

Is it possible to engage in whatever endgame systems there are without finishing the NY story? I and a few others are stuck in limbo since the patch as stranded tanker can’t be accessed to complete the campaign. I’m 38 and could probably go grind out the last two on random crap but will end game be locked behind the campaign completion?
