but only 3 scout missons can be complated at a time, and given how easy they are to do, shouldn't take any more than a hour to complete each week's scout missions. Very disappointed with the overall flow of the new seasonal system and how easy it is to progress.

I recently learned the Chinese version has seasonal watches that not only reset every season, but the watch upgrades change with every season. From the short clip I watched, it looked like one panel of the watch offered upgrades for talents directly applied to player characters, so players could recieve some benefits of talants without having to have that talant on their gear. I don't know for sure what the upgrades were, but having different watch upgrades every season would be fun; that would be a cool ass mechanic to bring over. There really needs to be an aspect on our character that is reset every season.

Just tested this and can confirm that Premium+ can only be bought if you have Ubisoft overlay turned on.
Normal Premium can be bought without overlay active.
And on top of that, if you did already buy Premium without plus variant, there is no upgrade option.
Premium+ can only be bought with $30 Shades of Red Season Pass bundle.
