No. The season is the full package of whatever the new content happens to be. Your seasonal character is how you access all of the content. When you make it to the climax mission at the end of the season it is only at this point you are allowed to use your main characters. You will not be able to blaze your way to the climax mission at your own pace. So for a brief period at the end of each season you can use your main character. How long is a guess, but it is meant to fill the intermission period between seasons. We have not heard that we have access any longer than that.

I would classify it as something of a global event where you have access to your main character.

Ubisoft-Massive is free to determine what is and is not seasonal content. Traditionallly, the season includes the man-hunt, story updates, and new gear. What is considered part of an update to the game and what is part of a season is not 100% defined. Even if it were, that defintion can be changed when needed. The safest postion to take is that new content will be attached to seasons so that season passes have some innate value. Nothing wrong with season passes. It's a business so going with what makes business sense.

False. Rebalancing is possible. The level of effort is what is not that same. Impossible? Surely you realize games with FAR more complicated mechanics are rebalanced all the time. This is a choice not a requirment. I am cool with the need to reablance but the approach being is not something I will support if fully adopted.

I can't take back Control Points anymore? I want all the CPs on my map green, but the after I logged back in, all the CPs are red again. Is this a feature or a bug?

afaik if you want to get the shd project at 30 you have to stay in dc,
do the 15min or so intro to get to boo,
do the prereq stuff to boost to 30,
then it should be available at projects, but youll want to buy the shared mats bp...
this is how it worked prior to update, but im not sure if this was changed with the recent patch.
