The "chest setup" is good for tanker, and the boss setup is good for wright and LB.

ive just started swapping my st elmos over to backfire and im noticing the DPS output from that is significantly higher than st elmos. did a test run with it yesterday and in my opinion its definitely worth it to have 1 healer, 1 backfire (haz pro not required) and 2 st elmos

now, the reason i say haz pro isnt required is that youll be getting heals consistently and youll almost always have the full stacks

first part only has two basic strats, either rush and use decoys to get up and shoot turrets or someone with oxi snipes the turrets

Drop a decoy right in the middle of the area at the start. It'll take Johnson's agro long enough for your team to swap the drone, then once it's dead you can go under the arches

If you're at 48chc 149chd, and you have coyote mask for 10% buff (mid-range) - you should not swap any chd for chc.
A perfectly rolled striker build (with max chc and chd from watch) is 52% CHC, 173% CHD with Elmo's equipped - with Coyote mid-range you'll be at 60% CHC and 183% CHD

Sorry what, no - please don't do that unless absolute necessary.
Shut off router, count to 10, turn on again.
It being an issue with the ISP is a fair logical leap since you had no issue getting to email on your phone. Check with your ISP first (watch for status on their webpage)

It's common practice for many ISPs in apartment complexes (where an ISP buys into the whole block) to encode the setup with specific credentials - aswell as more or less requiring you to use their provided router (you can use your own, but common first question from support is if you're using their router, if not, set that up).
I use my own router, but to go through the access point in the wall I need to setup a specific setting to route it through their network - which is ofcourse setup on their provided router. Factory resetting (pin in the hole) doesn't always reconfigure credentials.

If you've got mobile data + can hotspot + can connect to that hotspot on your pc, you could always try and see if that fixes the issues - as that would give an idea whether it's ISP or not
