3 strongholds invaded, manning gives a random missing piece.
Grand washington invaded for the blueprint. Blueprint can drop of you have 2 pieces. Nemesis can be farmed if you have the blueprint regardless of project completion

The first 2 items on a weapon are locked, the 3rd attribute is what can be changed.
re-whatevering on an Exotic randomises the % of the first 2 stats, and picks a random 3rd attribute from the pool.

the per-mag numbers aren't really what i'm trying to find out. seeing damage numbers at the end of countdown shows me how i/the weapon performed in a 15-18 min activity with beefy enemies, which i can compare to how i felt like i did. like last patch i used cold relations and carbine 7 a few times each to see how i was doing, and i was struggling to break 1bil with both, even though i felt like i was doing pretty decent damage. and then i'd switch to something else and feel like i wasn't doing particularly great damage, and do like 1.4bil

and then i'd put ouro on and just embarass everything in that mission and end up with like 1.89bil lol
