Yeah if you can't hit a head that's a few pixels smaller I don't think that will really be the key. Sensitivity changes and better peripherals might have a better impact.

Sticky emp is still the ideal strat to go, but something has definitely changed with decoys aggro. The turret will aggro the decoy for a split second, then instantly switch to you. It will keep beaming wherever you last were if you take cover

scorpio is a lot more versatile as it can slot into pretty much any build as a backup or main. pestilence on the other hand is interesting and can be effective but its not really the strongest choice in most builds.
pestilence slots into a highend build best, where you can stack vigilance talent bag, glasscannon chest, contractors gloves, fox's knee

oh and LMGs as they said, weapons to hunker down and do sustained damage with cover to be reload your gun

you can go about it a couple ways. i kinda already prioritized hast on the build and was running disrupt mods so i just swapped some haste rolls to hazpro and put haste in the mods, and i use a yaahl mask.
you can get ther with 6 hazpro rolls(no yaahl) or you can do a few hazpro rolls and a few disrupt mods

if watch isnt maxed you may be under immune threshold but dirupts will be greatly reduced
