Any macro is no good. You can right click prof caches for insta open, or click the "F to open" icon at the bottom while spamming space bar to open them much faster.

I don't think it is. Capitol is easier, not because of the boss themselves, but because the arena is so much more forgiving. There aren't really any spots on Roosevelt that compare to staying at the start (at the foot of the bridge) or inside the tent on the left where everything keeps its distance

That's time-based I think. You have to kill all of them within a time limit

If it helps, you only need to kill the one Hunter next time. If you see the one with the Death Mask, you can just kill them and leave the encounter

It's north of the DCD, south of the White House. Just go directly south past the helicopter, then go straight down until you start seeing those creepy nutcracker statues. Then veer west a bit until you see horses on poles in a circle. The present is the size of a True Sons tank.
