Had the same thing happening to me. I think it starts the mission and then you are "stuck" in there, the game is waiting for you to complete the mission first. Try restarting the Bounty. I think that worked for me. Or did I fast travel somewhere else before I restarted the Bounty? Not sure anymore.

I really do hope that the St.Elmo gets tuned for the next patch appropriately for PvP, would suck if yet another exotic became worthless after a hard nerf, it is too strong in too many ways and can be abused in too many ways also, also fix determined, it's being abused by aim assisting pop shotter's some if which are using a trigger bot.

elmos is not overpowered

So u die, change off of a fun and or effective build just so u don't die to some random farmer that got his shock rounds from a landmark or over 5 deaths, you keep stacks by spawning at the saferoom, dude can die 5 times in a row then kill you because he finally landed 100 rounds.

The Ouroboros is also overtuned, has too much unnecessary RPM, I love it but it's overtuned, that's a fact. It has 22% more RPM than base Vector, 11% more mag size compared to the 45 ACP and 25% faster reload with crit stats in check, not even flatline can compare and that requires technician or a pulse support.

It wouldn't go amiss if some older and less relevant exotics got access to a reconfiguration to their 3rd attribute like the new ones to breathe some life back into them.

In some sense, yes, but that build diversity comes at the cost of having to run in at least a 3 man, you try taking on 6-8 players when you have to both go shock res while running duo, a duo that would work if u had strong builds with shock not being in the equation.

Then if you do run in that 3 man you raise another issue, those same 8 players who were happy to fight u and use every trick in the book Vs only 2 of you now struggle when there's 3, they start quitting, actually, most of the time you turn up with a 3 or 4 man then entire server just leaves, no one wants to fight a well equipped team but they all want to multi with vastly superior numbers to a factor of 4x with every build imaginable.

It's 1 rule for them and another for you.

challenging countdown is fine if you're underpowered, only takes a few strong players to carry the group, and the loot is actually equivalent to Heroic in the rest of the game

I'm gonna be honest: I don't understand why there are so many hard counters to skills in this game. EMP explosions, Disruptors, and enemies that fully take over your skills. And skill builds, while neat, are not even the highest DPS builds in the game. Why are they countered so hard?

In PvE, I really don't care that much, honestly. You could already balance them around the fact that enemies can destroy them. But now there are so many ways, on top of them not being top DPS anyway, that it feels weird. It was fun running the drone and occasional turret during leveling, but now it just kinda feels bad.

not sure why they would nerf ouroboros... it's only broken is you are closer that 15 meters or in pvp. they started this trend of new op weapons back with scorpio and since then we got kingslayer and elmo who at least do pretend to not be broken since they have some sort of weakpoint like burst or accuracy.... ouroboro well it is range, which can be compensated by rushing effortlessly.
