Let me explain
With the expansion you play through it till you get to lvl 40 then you unlock ur shd level
Then you can go back to DC and you'll matchmake with the playerbase that has the expansion

After lvl 40 is where all the new content is at basically

If you go to the #td2-build-advice channel and look at the pinned messages there is a spreadsheet with a build hub and build guides linked next to them.

Strikers is probably the easiest mechanically and to farm so if you want you can start there. Others might suggest high end or negotiators dilemma tho.

You'll end up with tons of builds tho so try out a bunch of things and see what you like.

Gear Score IS the number right below your clan icon when looking at your inventory right? Just wanna make sure I'm not pulling a 'tism and looking at the wrong number

But then gets just obliterated out of the air

And your only means of escape is via hovercraft

So you need to hijack a hovercraft and escape

But you're being bombarded by hunters and artillery

So you need to have someone defending each of the four engine rooms, a pilot and copilot for the hovercraft, someone defending the pilots from the hunters, and someone keeping away the hunters from sending reincorcements

But yeah this raid is basically unclearable

this kindof exists but not in they way you want... your scavenging watch points can be converted into a variety of materials. those scavenging points are also virtually limitless (with WONY runs) once you have a higher shd level.

Just saw your shd 97. Id recommend that you just save those materials and dont worry about optimizing until your farther in the game. The materials are rare until your a much higher level, and your still in the stage where your going to be finding better gear all the time, so optimizing just isnt worth it. Focus on filling out your recal library and setting up builds by using the recalibration station to get builds with the right rolls, and over time you'll find gear with higher and higher rolls you can replace peice by piece over time

If its dropped its available to anyone, Free and clear... if it's meant to go somewhere specific it's the agent's responsibility to make a private group (as mentioned multiple times) to facilitate that.

No such thing as theft in the division... thinking the dz is the only place an agent can go rogue is just faulty reasoning.

Trust should never enter the conversation when considering a game, like ever... you shouldnt trust anyone you dont know personally, and most of the people you do know personally probably arent deserving of trust either...

Yes, you can connect to any of the servers. If someone is on europe servers and you join their session you will be on the europe server. For matchmaking it will default your regional servers and I dont think there is a way to swap regions unless using some sort of VPN setup

i mean i suggested a couple, big game revolver in rifle slot, nailgun secondary, revolver shotgun secondary, VSS as a rifle that can switch between semi and full auto, regular crossbow as MMR

there are guns that are weird by themselves that could be exotics just how they are M30 drilling, a survival double barrel shotgun with a third underbarrel that shots rifle bullets meant to be used by pilots in case of crashes to hunt for food

make a shotgun that fires birdshots with extra pellets but less accuracy in the first two shots, every hit buffs the headshot damage and accuracy of the third shot that would act as a slug

there you go an exotic gun that is exotic because the gun is unique and fits a weird niche of shotgun that can do single sniper shot
