the backpack is a very good dmg boost for strikers, the chest is too but it doubles the amount of max stacks, so to be worth it you have to be consistently at/near 200 stacks

its simply easier on normal missions to run an obliterate chest instead of a strikers

but TBH if you want a good starter build for the incursion, 4pc Strikers with chest and bag, coyote's, and a ceska peice. St Elmo's Engine & an ACS (lefty works well) and throw CHD and CHC on your attributes. its good enough for the incursion.

@crystal notch Cham is not used much because of its bad accuracy and hassle you need to go through to stack it to make it good. Bullet king is more of a hinderance than a help since you'll be shooting constantly and that means you are out of cover. Umbra is promoting bad habits in you which you have to fix if you want to get better. Ninjabike is statistically bad due to its slot. I'm not gonna offer any more guidance after this. This is a game, its meant to be fun, but if you approach the game with the attitude i've been seeing, you will never have fun with the game. Either say "to hell with it" and find joy in playing badly, or hunker down and learn to get better so you can do the harder stuff easier. Being all mopey about it gets you nowhere.

I believe they're the NYC named enemies? If that is the case, every 30 minutes a named enemy spawns on the map, kill them and loot the card.
same goes for DC, those are "Diamonds/Spades/Clubs/Hearts."

That is 30 minutes in real time, not ingame time.
