That's a completely ridiculous POV because no one has knowledge of their internals because it's not their job - it's the dev's job.

No one knows why the bugs occur. You'd be surprised how often it is the programmers who are the cause of the bugs by cutting corners, rushing things, or not communicating properly. We simply don't know.

I’m being mainly harsh because they managed to just not implement their fix for the incursion with no direct compensation either, I spent at least 7 hours last week just doing the incursion only for this week to find out that I can’t even get my compensation for that time and effort, I basically wasted my time because the devs couldn’t playtest this patch
