Why Exuro is bad set:

1. Your turret start spinning as crazy (which is dumb by itself), but only at ground - if you put it on some higher place (like tub or something) - it wont do anything at all, even if enemies are near
2. Burning is useless against robots, so all highest difficulties (flooded with BT dogs) will laugh on you
3. The range is still low.
4. Cooldown starts only after the turret is destroyed. Like it lives 31 sec and then a whooping 41sec you are basically unarmed. (I tried Skilled trait on the body, but it seems burning kills are not skill kills)

Ok, maybe it's not really THAT bad set, but extremely niche one, like to control packs when you perfectly know their spawn places, etc
But regular foamer with old good Eclipse will work even better here

How to FIX Exuro set:

1. 2p bonus: +15% skill haste instead of skill health
2. 4p bonus: Ortiz burning starts affecting mech targets, like dogs, tanks etc (but not setting them on panic mode ofc) instead of strange and dumb turret explosion.
3. Chest piece additional special bonus: turret cooldown starts immediately after the turret being deployed (but not in PvP)
4. Back piece special bonus: turret range increased by 100% (50% in PVP) instead of 25%

Hey so is the incursion difficulty different if you're open world stuff is on heroic vs normal? Because I'm getting contradicting info. Because I know some directives affect it but I'm watching some gameplay and one guy doing far less damage per shot that I am is taking the sniper turret down in like a second while it's taking my whole team shooting and hitting it for like 4 seconds to take it out. All my attempts have been on heroic

Nah it's St. Elmo's. I'm hitting about a mil per crit. They're like at 700k crit and they're taking it down before it can even switch targets solo. Like the guy says in the video 'I got the turret' and you can see he's the only one hitting it and it's getting deleted

again, i'm not the authority by any means, but i've been kind of just playing the game a ton over the last few days and i've gotten a decent way into the endgame, so this is just my perspective, but

1- no, the game is not dead, it's actually surprisingly active, as proven by this community and how quickly you can get backup in a mission if you call for it

2- that's going to be a question for you, everyone has different things that they want a game to fulfill, so it'll really be up to you as to how much you feel like spending on it. without warlods of new york you're locked at level 30 and there's next to nobody playing anything in endgame at level 30, so if you want to play for a considerable amount of time, you might find that it's pretty necessary to get warlords, but it's always a choice for you to make

3- it depends how much time you put in, but in my opinion, not as bad as it seems. once you hit level 40 and finish the warlords campaign you basically can attempt anything you feel like doing. without a solid build you won't be able to do everything, by any means, but you've got options for sure. my recommendation is countdown, personally, because it's matchmade, gets you used to playing your life in difficult content, and drops a ton of loot, but in a week or so (with a ton of playing, admittedly) i've gone from base level 40 to putting a good build together and farming the new incursion

Your shd watch also duplicates the points on each alt. Primarily important are the scavenging points that can be used for most materials. Any shd level gains above 1000 goto scavenging.
Someone at 1500shd ,for example, would instantly get 700 scavenging points for 2-3 hours running through wony.

I think strikers is fine where it's at, although it's clearly strong. It's the ouroboros that needs balancing.

incursions design is not so flexible

skill builds that use turret and drones are great for PVE but dont see any use in incursions due how things are mostly DPS check and bosses spend a lot of time invulnerable
