Well the gain at 1k still outweighs what you can gain from grinding shd in same amount of time, but it is more optimal to do it at a higher shd.
Personally I might run my alts through wony 1 time a week until all 4 are made then leave them for a while as i grind my main agent shd higher.
All the watches will gain at same time as you grind main shd higher. Anywhere from 1500-2k shd is a good time to delete and rerun last alt.
With all made you'll also have access to 4x weekly exotic projects
And 450 extra storage between the alts bag inventories

For the Overcharge with Achilles, what does the Health factor mean? Like more damage taken from the pulse?

It just means how much you can damage without using the Achilles mark. If your using Achilles properly then you should be doing far over that amount of damage in a single shot so it doesn't really matter

Countdown only feels worth with the amount of times items drop, plus the higher rolls you get from hunters at the end if you make it there. But my desired drop chance is so low that I’m tempted to try floor 10 summit again
