You get a 50% buff that lasts 15seconds if you have 0 spec ammo, which means you switch to a normal weapon to benefit from the damage buff, but get this...switching into and out of spec weapon takes 5 seconds! so you really only get 10 seconds of the buff!

so they wouldnt get kills consistently to proc the talent, they later reworked that by only needing a hit to proc the bonus

skip ahead to current dev team

they reworked so the set only gives bonus to spec weapons AND needs a spec weapon kill to proc the talent that lasts only 5s while only giving you ammo every 60s

so they unfixed something the previous dev team fixed

but actual amount of bosses i killed was many more

i was the only person i saw getting as a drop from a boss, never saw anyone else getting any exotic

dunno prob killed around 30-40 bosses in total

lots of people cna clear moss

many get stuck on wright

thats why only 5 clears on full runs from start to finish

Usually that lets all the activities in the area come back

Have you completed the story and reached endgame?

Easiest way is probably countdown farming. Just put the cursor over the Pentco power plant (top right of DC map) and look for the 'set target loot' prompt, then set it to assault rifles. Then go to the matchmaking tab and matchmake for countdown on challenging difficulty.

Completing countdown runs gets you lots of drops and also gets you a currency you can use to buy exotic caches from a laptop vendor outside the white house.

You can also set target loot in the summit, but for open world and missions you are stuck with whatever the daily loot assignments are, just hit R on the map to see which things are targeted in which areas.
