floor ranges for each piece 1-20, 21-40, 41-60, 61-80, 81-100
while/before/after getting those pieces you also need to donate some keys, kill certain types of npcs, and donate a zero f's named badger tough chest. once all complete you can craft it and it will also be added to vest target loot

countdown hunters wont count as hunter npc kills for this project. they need to be mask hunters, or floor 100 hunters. im not sure where else available, maybe someone can fill in that piece for me

I guess spamming works for weapons, but obviously not for getting into cover when you drop your shield. Another death because my character, after dropping shield, was too busy standing behind cover going, "Duh! What should I do?" rather than actually entering cover like I'd commanded. Sigh.

Nope. Once you reach WT5 all main missions are done. (At least I'm pretty sure about that; it's been a long time since I did it.)

Or I guess I should say, "campaign missions." Pentagon etc. are regular missions, not side missions like the Theatre and Campus ones, but they are not part of the main campaign and can be done any time.

It's around.. hw is solid for spamming, but it's kinda weak overall.
High end arty build hits really hard and the arty turret is off cooldown in around 10 seconds.
Cluster seeker on a high end hits a lot harder also, you wouldn't have feedback loop but can spam the hell out of arty while seekers are cooling down

I did for a while. I ran out of space, and didn't like it enough to keep it though. Also, it's one of the easier ones to rebuild, if you need it again.

There aren't really any tricks to it beyond just calling for backup (Map >> SHD Tab) so you get the group XP bonus (and probably someone who can get you through the missions faster because they know them).
But there's no particular reason not to take your time and learn the game as you go. You're going to have to do that anyway to be useful at level 40. In the meantime, your buddy could join you in the campaign; he can use his level 40 character for that.

It's not a good talent. Half mag is high rof damage reduced, half low rof increased damage. Seems like they cancel eachother out. Leaving no net gain. Idk the actual numbers but probably most other talents are more useful .
Apartment may have a slight gain tho since perfect is a little different.

Right. So I think a lot of the analyses I saw didn't take that into account; they assumed the damage buff % and damage nerf % were "equivalent," as it were, but they're not when you've got, e.g., high crit.
