Have a quick question! Whats the difference between core attributes and attributes?

core is the main one, it can only be one of 3 things, weapon damage, armor and skill tier

the other attributes are secondary and completely random for a larger poll

the brand/set of the gear will determine what hte core attribute is

fenrir gear will always have a red core (weapon damage) with 2 random smaller attributes

Core attributes are your weapon damage, armor, and skill tiers that every piece of gear has. Weapons have two core attributes, being [type of weapon damage] and another based on the type of weapon, for example assault rifles will always have damage to health. You can freely change attributes which consist of stuff like crit chance/damage, skill damage, or headshot damage

Right rolls are more important than high ones

If you have low core attributes on your weapons then no point in recalibrating those, you can just optimize them or farm for a better one later

The exotics that exist at 30 or not is pretty random, but basically comes down to does the high end version the exotic is based on exist at 30. The Elmo is an M4, which exists, but whatever "brand" of backpack the ninjabike is "based on" must not exist at 30.

Week 7 of FPS issues on The Division 2 - Is it going to be fixed today? Probably not, maybe there are some patch notes?

Just about everyone on PC is experiencing a ~40% loss in frame rate across the board

My GPU usage does not surpass ~75% as before TU18 it was high 90s, walking out of DZ South CP Alpha walking forward on an empty server i would get ~450 FPS, now i barely scrape 280 in any section of the game.

Now of course this is still plenty enough but its not the point, everyone else with weaker PCs are having a rough rough time.

OR spec 90% shock res and deal no damage, = lose the first gunfight against a DPS player

There are a mutlitude of things that could be done to balance it in PvP.

1. Add a stack mechanic 5 shots = shock
2. Reduce BASE shock duration, force Status rolls to regain said duration
3. Stop it stacking on NPCs/Decoys
4. Stop stacks from remaining when spawning at the saferoom

You could do all that and it would STILL be competitive because of its crazy mods

Well, as an exotic it SHOULD have strong mods, you have to take in mind that the St.Elmo is an M4, which has the SAME base dmg as a Famas but 6% less RPM so u have to make up that difference, then you also lose a DMG talent, so how do you make up for that? with 20/20/20 for example, but THEN you add a broken talent that can be abused so many different ways and u have a meta defining weapon
