Nothing affects exotic cache drops, it's always random form the pool you have which depends on what exotics you've gotten/crafted/ or were given. The new seasons exotics shouldn't be in that pool until after the season ends too.

they get added to the general loot pool, and the exotic cache pool, the questionable one is usually the target loot pool which they seem to have messed up a few times recently and certain exotic gear doesn't get added in as being able to be "targeted"

so while you may get it in the open world, trying to farm for it via a targeted loot district/activity may not actually be increasing your odds for certain particular pieces

Yeah purchased no. If you gained proficiency cache in a group the items can share.

If you finished a league or ge reward track, just wait till agent you want to share with is in your group to claim them. those will be shareable

Oh I see you meant between tasks. That's the nature of the non-communicative matchmaking. With most people not on mic, everyone just kind of... waits to see what everyone else is doing. As soon as it looks like enough people are going in a direction, people follow. If you want co-ordinated play, then matchmaking is not the way. You want to LFG and jump on mic.

I like the low-pressure environment of matchmaking. Don't have to care if someone's screwing up or running a poor build, that's what matchmaking is for. Casual play.

personally i only run cc in cd. and it does simplify any encounter.. about 80% disupt resist keeps jams short. scorpio does also simplify encounters, i do agree with that, but if you have a few guys running a decent dps they'll melt hunters regardless if they statused or not. jams dont hinder a weapon, just the skills .
