I can't recall the xp for CP4+all, but 360k does seem low.

2. put all modifiers on.

3. do public execution (easy to finish solo or in group) collect bounties. You don't need to do them bounties but they will save so you can do them later.
   I like to do a bunch of public execution save the bounties and do them all at the same time in my down time by myself.
   Hope this helps your xp farm.
