the chance is only like 12% per nem clear for that cache. the chance only get higher on/after loop 31 or so from what I've heard from sources.

Ninja bike bag however, requires you to have a blueprint, or someone to share you the bike bag

But nego you can deal crit damage to 3-5 targets depending on setup. And 60-100% damage is transfered. Also dependent on setup.
But at a minimum , with 3 marks 100% damage to main target. Another 120% to the other 2 marks (60% each)
With chest and backpack nd then you can be dealing up to 500% on crits. (5 targets all taking 100% crit damage)

These also some shit about double dta calculation on secondary targets but one of the maths guys would have to step in because that's above my pay grade 🤣

yellow ND does higher damage yes as what you get from yellows are more than what you lose from not having reds, one of the highest damage builds in the game overall, only 15% behind regular obli striker's

but it's quite awkward (as some of your damage comes from turret drone and that can be annoying and unreliable), on the flip side it can allow you to be far tankier because you have two strong skills that take aggro

If you are returning from a long time away check out the legacy manhunt missions to unlock new skills. There are 4 different missions you need to toggle and run in order to get them.

Yeah there are global events and leagues where you quickly run thru timed missions that are only open for a week or two at a time that'll give rewards, caches, patches, backpack trophies. If you've got a good build and pick a good cp to farm you can do them in like 5 minutes and reset the map then just run that same cp over and over. That's how I usually help new clan members get tons of cps done quickly.

It's also not the worst xp farming.
