You can with bullet hell and chatterbox talent ( 20% fire rate for 4-5 enemies ) i believe it was , just doesn't have ammo refill
Forgot you can't reload with bullet hell so there is that lol

unlock blueprints to craft them via missions/progression/etc, craft once but usable infinite times on compatible weapons, attachments add stats such as chc/chd/stability/accuracy/mag size/zoom/etc while weapon is being held, attachments don't take up inventory space.....anything else you need to know?

i was thinking. at higher difficulty levels, in game lore your agent might actually be the weakest and least talented person on the entire east coast. even some garbage tier red shirt enemy who is half dead with an armor set he found in a dumpster can take 5x the damage you can and has aim you can only dream of. its amazing you got the job at all.
