Ok so I need help. Division for some reason is running at a 10 fps capped. I've changed the settings in game. It's happened before an I just restart the game an it's fine. Now it's a constant. I by no means have a crappy PC it's the only thing running aside from discord an few other apps that shouldn't effect it that much. I did a benchmark mark and it's using about 90 percent of the GPU an a whopping zero CPU. Any ideas to fix ?

Ya know, I can appreciate that the manhunt objectives take you from A to B to C and want to tell a story... that's nice. What I'm not a fan of is every objective complete takes you back to the Manhunt overview... not really showing any progress and (in my case after killing the train bounty) getting you killed cause there was a patrol nearby right as I killed the bounty

Think the only time you actually need to reach a minimum gear score is to get from wt4-5 so could just put skill cores on everything and run turret drone, they'll scale and do good damage regardless of world tier

They came out and said they won't do cross-progression/cross-play due to the fact that they would have to play with character+account save files, and they feel it poses to much of a risk to do. They never set up Div1/Div2 for cross-play or progression

The St Elmo's Engine seems cool and all, but hitting up the shooting range shows that my Striker's set damage numbers are still better with a Kingbreaker + Spotter chest.

Plus, my Vector + Obliterate chest (and striker's set) definitely outdamages it. So is the St Elmo's purpose as a pure damage dealer? Or is the CC ability what makes it desirable?

I would suggest striker or negotiators tbh if wanting to dps. they will still melt you if caught , but you stand a chance at melting them first. Decoy/striker drone also useful as a distraction

I'm not gonna argue the point with you. Fact is you're melting from being shot. If you were getting a dmg reduction it wouldn't be as bad.
You're gonna want a damage set.
You can also try adding some protection from elites mods which will help with some incoming damage

If your doing damage you will always be focused as the biggest threat in a group. Solo your always focused.
Cover game probably needs some work.

You have to put too much into it to make it work.

You can free up all attributes for damage that way.
I use a memento/negotiators dilemma build for most dps stuff and you end up with great damage but also some regen from the bag. I also use a repair drone to take advantage of the skill efficiency 30%repair skills +10% from tech class as healing. And the bonus armor on pickup

All in all everything on heroic hits hard as hell

Absolutely, where is the gas can . I honestly couldn't care what someone else does in game.
The fact that 1% upgrade from 20-21 costs 20 exo components on top of the 55 exo it took to get from 10-20... it's a rediculous system put in place so they didnt piss everyone off raising level to 50. Its lvl50 in disguise.

It would probably even aid catching ppl exploiting. They did mention something about stepping up bans for stuff anyways. And it would encourage them to fix exploitable bugs instead of releasing some apparel
