I would like to know what the metric behind this exp changes are.
As example to me it makes no sense that those elite convoys/patrols give so little exp. If i see such events on map which are fairly rare compared to other stuff they should give bigger reward and make you wanna chase them.

Elite patrols could use a bit more group strength though

Normal patrols or convoys should give the leasr. All those stationary stuff like propaganda, territory control, hostage should get a median amount.

Difficulty doesn't influence loot chance, difficulty only influence loot quality(the stats, the higher the difficulty, the higher the average stat is.)

Directive influence loot drop chance, the more directive you have, the higher the drop rate.

having a party of 3 member + you also have higher chance, but it doesn't increase drop chance, more member in party = more enemy, there for more chance for loot to drop due to more enemy.

I think they're missing the point though, we teleport around the map because we get to pick activities that has more convenient spawn points.
