Some guy I played with the night before got stuck under the stairs in admin. Had to oxy himself with a Red Build to try and get out. Didn't work because someone was running Tardigrade.
Ended up having to grenade himself to get out. Almost didn't work until he found the sweet spot where the grenade would land next to him and not go through the floor into the playable area.

If you want to be fair about it, Countdown technically does work when everyone spawns in. The problem is that the servers get momentarily desynchronized.
So what ends up happening? Everybody starts leaving before the server Resynchronizes. By the time it does and the Hunters spawn in, 2-3 people have already left and a runaway train of people leaving starts.
Making that countdown match unplayable because there aren't enough people to adequately finish it.
And the reason people leave immediately is because they either don't know that it will start, or are already convinced that no one will stick around to wait so they leave themselves, making the problem worse.
It's a literal negative feedback loop.

Yeah, most of the playerbase is on Warlords of New York. Which means the bracket of people playing Raids at all is Lv. 40.
You'll be hard pressed to find groups still using the Gear Score system.

Once you hit Lv. 30, you unlock world tiers. They basically make the world harder. World Tier one unlocks gear score.
Gear Score is a rough measurement used to determine how strong your character is overall just with base stats alone. It's not a great system since it overcomplicates gear rolls and things of the like. The maximum Gear Score is 515.
You build up gear score by equipping items that each have an independent score. So having a full loadout of items with a score 515 would make your Gear Score 515 total. Something like that.
You get higher independent score items by unlocking higher world tiers. World tiers increase the more you build up your overall gear score.

Warlords of New York did away with that system and increased the cap to Lv. 40, so if you want to accurately measure how powerful your agent is, this is basically the hierarchy: Lv. 40 > GS 515 > Lv. 30

Although most people will just generally jump at the first chance to enter NYC when they can instead of trying to get GS 515. Since it doesn't really make sense to max out a loadout you'll be replacing anyway.

It's also why everyone will tell you the exact same thing about leveling and builds. Which is: Don't worry about your build. Hit Lv. 40 first.
If want to get a head start by picking the most optimal brands and weapons for whatever you plan for down the line, go for it. But don't commit to an item if it's not Lv. 40. Especially if you're starting to struggle because you're too underpowered.

I’d make one of the builds located in the spreadsheet pinned in #td2-build-advice specifically the standard dps build one. That’ll carry you through pretty much everything although other builds can be made such as the strikers one. Now pvp and pve require separate builds so there are also some pvp builds in the spreadsheet

You can only change back to floor one by resetting at the main elevator, or matchmake to a higher floor. If you matchmake to say floor 50, you’ll still have the floor 91(?) checkpoint since you keep the highest floor you’ve cleared basically.

Division 1 had that. It was called Classified Gear Sets. Those did have a 5 and 6 piece bonus. But that design principle has thankfully not carried over to Division 2. Thank God.

Everyone literally goes to like the end of a corridor or chokepoint and funnel all the AI.
Any NPC before like... Wave 50 would have trouble getting through without getting shit on immediately.

The best run I ever had was with three strikers (myself included) and 1 reclaimer. Each of us had combat medic talent so if one person healed, everyone got a heal.
We all also ran blind sticky and fire turret. And would rotate based on whoever is still on cooldown.

They always have the maximum damage ramp up against players compared to other enemies.

It's literally their whole motif. They Hunt down Division Agents .

Unlike other NPC's if you compared a Hunter on Challening as opposed to say... any other faction in the game. They will always deal more damage regardless of difficulty.

Get one that has CHC.

HB is a DPS set. So ideally, you'd want all your rolls to be Critical Hit Chance.

And you want to keep getting more CHC until you have 60% which is the cap.
