What I do is roll one piece off skill tier to weapon damage so you don't waste it by going over 6. The 15% WP will always come in handy. Could do armour too I guess.

I have do some test with my friend, the gear set talent call charged, I do not know it BUG or the enemy damage was too high, me and my friend try at Roosevelt island, first time was legendry, my friend just melt in few second and I have 6 blue cord could not put up my friend even my whole body shield open. second time we change to heroic, my friend wear 2 blue cord hunter fury + Memento, and he could not stand for 10 second, even he said he saw the talent was on him. also the charging was really hard to begin, you have to see on top left the isca have red circle which mean you start shooting enemy than it begin charging, which mean you have wait out of cover for like 10S to reach charged and bring the reduction damage to your teammate, and 10S after charged was used you need other 10S just waiting for charging. I understand it was supposed to using it on PVP, but since the dev change it to reduce all income damage and lower statistics why not make it more playable for PVE?

Yeah I did not see that coming ha ha. I died A LOT to them drones. But I think you should never take a skill build to a manhunt final mission, especially not against the Black Tusk. There is highly likely to be some hunter/EMP/jamming shenanigans going on. I normally just go with red weapon DPS as the safest option.

I've done all the manhunt mission on heroic except Anderson and I appreciate the difficulty a lot and having to work towards clearing something. I couldn't do Anderson because the MM was weird and I couldn't get a group.

rush in to the gate and shoot the emps, all except the first one (in the sealed container) can all be destroyed from what I gathered atleast.

I used a turret in the final battle as well, rushed in and took out the emp on right side, dropped turret on the little bridge section (high point) and then took out all the easy enemies while letting main dude get distracted by the turret (worked damn well actually)

elmo is a powerful cc weapon, as i say, status effect increase it but don't increase scorpio, but i think elmo can't completely replace scorpio

since every time you apply same effect on same target in short time, the duration will lower and lower, let say you apply target A shock effect 5s by elmo, then 5s over and you apply A shock again, it might 4 or 3 second only

so for those target you can't kill immediately, for example like hunter, scorpio are still useful than elmo, it control twice by 2 different effect, also it have 20% damage debuff apply

i know, scorpio is the same though. it's just you need to reaply it after the refresh by shooting them again for 3-7 times. by the time you reach that, their resistance to cc would be down enough. Elmo is instant per bullet, you simply need to wait a while before shooting again, it's the same effect. The resistance is true, however we all know to kill hunter with scorpio, it is not the CC that is doing the job, it's the fact the shotgun deals innately super damage by pellets 😜 .

additionally, if you have 2 players, both with elmo, one with 70 rounds of shock, the other pure dps, it's prob the same TTK as two people spamming scorpio at it.

The effect would be that the hunter would get CC twice in the process and then go down if DPS wasn't interupted.

I got sparkles on heroic solo around the 10th try with drone and assault turret. Stunned with scorpio a few times. What kept killing me the most was the rogue assault drones that would gank me lol

Used perfect harmony and swapped out capacitor for the scorpio just for that stun it can do

Sparkles isn't hard once you disband the other robotics, but yeah...it's annoying trying to fire at the other warhounds while sparkles is following you. me and my buddy did it on our second try, heroic 4 directives, (i had no armor kits and had full fragile armor stack so first run was short lived) but I kept doing drive by emps on the smaller robotics and kept taking them out with a full red ar techie build while sparkles was distracted pissing off/on my teammate. XD
