Definitely Challenging.
Countdown scales loot a little weirdly, where Challenging gives near-Heroic quality loot.
It's why the majority of players farm there instead.

I have do some test with my friend, the charged talent, I do not know it BUG or the enemy damage was too high, me and my friend try at Roosevelt island, first time was legendry， my friend just melt in few second and I have 6 blue cord could not put up my friend even my whole body shield open. second time we change to heroic, my friend wear 2 blue cord hunter fury + Memento, and he could not stand for 10 second, even he said he saw the talent was on him. also the charging was really hard to begin, you have to see on top left the isca have red circle which mean you start shooting enemy than it begin charging, which mean you have wait out of cover for like 10S to reach charged and bring the reduction damage to your teammate, and 10S after charged was used you need other 10S just waiting for charging. I understand it was supposed to using it on PVP, but since the dev change it to reduce all income damage and lower statistics why not make it more playable for PVE?

No to farm that floor you need a team of 4, and one person leaves (take turns) once you get to the hunters. That way one person always has the check point

How is it bugged?

You randomly stop being able to remove stacks until you basically relog/sometimes go to white house (or turn directive off but that also does a world reset for people in session), until then you can consume as many armour kits as you want nothing will change

And to a more minor extent, sometimes you have stacks but it doesn't show so you'll only know if you look at to what amount your armour regens back to

If you read it it says when your armour breaks you lose a segment of it and to get it back you have to use a armor kit but it bugs out so when your armor breaks and you use a armor kit it doesn't give you back that armor segment

And yea this can quickly spiral since once it happens, you'll be playing with less max armour (which has bunch of other implications like your %armour repair is also worth less from e.g. 10% AoK), so you spiral into more easily breaking armour again and thus you have to play much less aggressive (especially hurts close quarters/aggressive builds), and very quickly you're stuck playing without any armour

Just annoying that you basically might need to leave a session to fix it, if you were playing with randoms in a group you'll need to find a new group

I found out it tends to fix it self most of the time if you let yourself go down then have your reviver hive get you up

Yeah a revive can fix it but it's just such a mess that sometimes even that doesn't so you're chasing fixes instead of gameplay which is sad, just makes it way more of a headache than it needs to be

I'm a close quarters player I have to play more aggressively than the enemies so they won't break my armor

Especially great in Summit if you have hard to earn combined with it and it bugs out where your armour kits are permanently stuck on 0 no matter what, I think that especially often happens if you're say group member 3, and you get a 4th member, if they then leave for some reason perhaps group member ID is offset by 1 (starting arrays at 0 vs 1 kek) for armour kits count for the directive or something, as the member after you leaving almost guarantees your armour kits will be stuck on 0 for remainder of that session

More gear drops from countdown, including named items from hunters. Just it can be hard to find a good group. You also collect countdown credits that you can use at the countdown vendor. Stick to challenging and be sure to have a good dps build. Floor 90 repeat boss farm is good for solo farming if you can’t find a group for countdown.

Watch Levels 1 - Infinity (for Minor Bonuses, similar to proficiency cache when you hit level 30, but instead you choose the bonus rather than getting a crate)

Gear Score only exists at level 30

And WONY totally ditches it.

Level 40 loot is the best loot you can get
