playing on Challenging and above removes all but gold/gearset/exotic (which are all even tier) from enemy loot.
you get increased drop rate of the Targeted Loot from adding Directives on.

Matchmaking in div2 is....I've always had more luck with "call for backup". Easiest way to do that is Pause > Social > press up and set your group to open > call for backup.

You can't call a game dead if it didn't reach the highs of it's release, after release.

Heroic is going to feel like a mess you won’t ever get out of if you want to feel heroic without playing heroic to get used to it run glass cannon on your chest talent this way you learn how to not take damage

Otherwise call for backup and matchmake and again get a feel for how heroic enemies are and how to counter them / come up with strats ie (I know this guy is going to give me problems… I can either kill him so he’s no longer a threat or just break his weak point since it will disable his threat and focus on other threats)

no, u just have to play more strategic then challenging. Its easier in a squad so ur not soul target, but if you are solo i recommend getting into the habit of flanking and suppressing fire on a npc every now and then.

For the Event, yes. Every Key you earn will open an Event Apparel Cache and there's a limited pool of rewards.

Whats your secondary weapon? I highly recommend the ACS-12 with Flatline on it, get up close, shoot the face once then just stack the rest into the body of the target. I can facetank Heroic Rogue Agents with that and if/when your lose the bonus armour, have an AR with Flatline and the Tech laser pointer and sit back and play like your normally would

territory controls are insanely fast but aren't high payout, heroic bounties are higher payouts but can take longer if you're in the mood for that but also require you to earn the bounties themselves via hostage rescue or public executions or you may run out quickly. CPs can be fairly quick depending on your skill/build but still meh payout but you can reset them constantly and pick and choose which ones to do. so it's all what you're in the mood for really....

I get two options Ruthless: Convert and Ruthless: Reconfigure. Convert does what you said about skins but the reconfigure I have all mats for except a SCORE 250+ ruthless.

You need a grand total of 80 SHD levels to max out the Event.
If you activate the GE at the same time, you'll gain passive levels and stars together.

Convoys are not bad, going to get better whenever the 17.3 update drops.

Hollywood, it's the golden glow thingy. You gain "stars" while the GE is active, you can spend them on Event Caches at a vendor near the helicopter.
What I like to do for events like this is to reset the map, then work on clearing it. Challenging or above with some Directives added in.

Combine that with clearing the Invasion each week, and the Time Trials for the league and you'll be there before you know it.

Well good news, it's incredibly easy to farm it out now with Countdown being a thing.
Just click on it, go to "Targeted Loot" and select what you want, play a few rounds of Challenging.
