theres a very usefull spreadsheet made by ppl in here and a Reddit post of a collection of usefull builds!
While you farm for ur build you can do something basic like 3 providence + 2 bolstone + grupo sombra... rolled for crit chance and crit DMG and 3x crit DMG mods... unbreakable in chest and bloodsucker in bag!
Remember you only need 60% crit chance... rest goes on crit DMG... so use ur wep mods to aim for about 55% crit chance!

Don't expect huge things especially if they are free. For some reason only the Division community expects huge DLC worth of content for no added cost. It's like reality has escaped them.

Controller is definitely a disadvantage. I play on PC with M&K and PS5 with controller. It's ok with a controller, but aiming is definitely less precise and slower, things like weak points are harder to aim at, and then lots of little things like switching weapons that just don't feel as smooth.

But for what it's worth speedruns aren't that different on PC vs console, so it's not like the difference is massive

Mouse offers better stability controller… but I find the keyboard to be obnoxious since you’re moving your hand so much to reach (me personally)

If we talk about pvp, only advantage u have is popshotting a sniper, but other then that its personall preference

if you want to be competitive in pvp, or if you want to get good at sniping, then you'll likely have to learn to get good at m&k, otherwise I guess it doesn't matter too much, you can take a slight efficiency hit in PVE for the sake of comfort

Determined didn't make a sniper build... It made a body shot build. Yeah it was fun, I ran it to speed run missions or control points, but it honestly made things too easy

All the change does is make it so you still have to land a headshot every other shot which isn't that hard tbh

Wait why would you have a damage mod on the shield if you’re using technician? Striker shield is locked to firewall and the damage only comes from that. Not to mention the mod gives say 5% extra damage of the base %, not an extra 5% on top of whatever skill tier you’re at

im not "claiming" anything... I tested both M1A with boomerang and Bakers, I simply have better results with Bakers!
I dont use riffles at close range, just shield out and Shoty!
So makes more sense to use Bakers while in cover if i need to pull some range... sometimes i even use shield while in cover cuz its better not to take DMG! Im not saying 1 is better then other, im just saying I have better results with Bakers thats all!

I used AR's and SMG's for the longest time until I realized I was getting my ass kicked a lot in Heroic as I hate all red core builds... thats when I did the change to Riffles and Shotys

Iv always had a preference for survivability over Glass cannon DPS... thats why I came up with my Hybrid solo build. Works fine in heroic and allows my old brain to make mistakes. When i was all red cores, if i made a mistake id be dead for sure, but with survivability you can make mistakes and get away with it 😄
