on xbox as a SHD 50 I was getting more kills and doing more than half of my countdown team that were all above 500

You can only setup match making to let people join, if you get to 40 you'll be with people your level. Very few people match make when they're leveling if at all since its so easy

Not how I remember it working but I can understand that it will be that way. But just level and trust me there's plenty of people to play with and there's always raids going. There are people in this discord who are level 70K on their watch level and they'll still come play with you and help you find things. It's a great community

if you're finding heroic extraction often fails, run challenging instead

running in a clan group or something with people that communicate clearly and have strong builds will also help with all of that, of course

Once these four tasks are done, that's 1/3 missions complete, with 80% of skills unlocked. There's actually 3 missions total.

The second mission reflects on raid mechanics a bit more, still with a time limit instated. There's two rooms that the sub-groups can tackle together or separate, but the time limit is so strict that it's required to split up. One room resembles the furnace from iron horse boss 2, and has 4 Feiser-like enemies blasting fire at you while you have to run past them to secure the room. The second room is similar to containment in countdown, but with a team of large quantities of warhounds. 99% of the player-base cannot pass this mission, and once it's complete it unlocks the rest of your skills.

The third mission contains the manhunt target. I never actually got this far in the dream cuz matchmaking was awful and always ran into bad teammates. But once the mission is complete, then you unlock a special skill. I think it was a hive of some sort, but can't recall the exacts.

yeah you can knock out most of the blue prints running CP4's and it helps a lot with SHD not to mention initial look gathering. You'll pick up some decent pieces while doing it. For BP's I just kept running Foggy Bottom over and over, I could knock it out in like five or six minutes, and then there would almost always be a convoy or Elite patrol close buy to do as well.
