It’s useless in the sense that you’ll want to upgrade to better gear, but even at 31-40 you can still add items to your level 30 recalibration table. I think you just have to switch modes at the tables

i believe that the abuse of exploits should be bannable, but not when it's used to just farm xp. not everyone has time to grind the game 24/7, and it's not abused against other players

This entire situation with the exploit and the actions being threatened by the devs is honestly such a grey area of things. In one hand, the devs are actively aware of the exploit, but don't seem to entirely acknowledge the sense of urgency of that exploit, and instead, threaten sanctions, can't say for sure if their are behind the scenes reasons why they can't just disable the features/actions that can lead to exploitation.

On the other hand, the players deliberately and consciously aware that they are using an exploit, repeatedly and with great abuse clearly don't understand that most game developers have a similar Terms of Service that indicates that they can ban them/sanction them if there is clear violations being done by the player. But in that same breath, the argument that each developer should be responsible to "efficiently" deal with exploits and cheaters can be used as a level of common sense.

I find it alarming that exploitation and abusing game mechanics that lead to server latency and connection issues are a top priority for Massive , whereas numerous people have pointed out over the course of history of the Division , that cheaters are seemingly put as a lukewarm priority.

I've given up on PvP in the Division 2 long ago. When I think of Div 2 and it's PvP , it was always a touchy subject because it's one of the more interesting features that came with the game , like it's predecessor. In my view, they have no genuine idea how to resolve numerous Pvp issues. It seems that with every significantly big updates, PvP changes the meta and then it becomes this giant shit show of just un-enjoyable madness.
