As the item technically already has a Red Core (but placed under attributes) the game will not allow the re-roll to Red
Changing this behavior would mean we have to re-code the entire behavior of all items in the game and risk introducing issues in that process. As it would require a complete rebuild of attributes on all items in the game, we had to take the decision to leave Picaro’s Holster as it is now

That is a very extreme example and rarely happens but point is, very often, fixing bugs is much harder than finding the issue and patching it out, often times it's rooted into something way deeper and needs to be redone from the ground up
So the devs have to evaluate the priority of the bugs they have to fix vs the content they have to produce

Also, no problem about priority of glitches and bugs, I agree 100%, but sometimes devs are extremely fast at fixing something players benefit from, instead of using this time to fix bugs players were begging for months. That's it

Edict has near zero recoil. I can spam it with little to no adjustment. Accuracy is another thing, but i have zero issue with it. My only real hate is the annoyingly blinding sight.
white deaths also super slow, is a bolt, and all that. Dread can be rapid fired easily and can be built to do its job well. Also, thats a majority of exotic weapons in this game atm, most are useless.
My entire goal at this point is to make every weak exotic that interests me, somewhat usable. Otherwise the games dead to me, so i dont got much reason to play it.

I mean, i argued it can be effective with a build around using it, i didnt argue against other things being leagues better, nor deny that its overall on its own weak. Just that it still has tons of positives despite how weak they are on their own. But to argue with someone using the weapon actively and testing it on their own, and say their own experiences are wrong, can hardly be pushing back on claims. The only thing id 100% agree on is it should have a higher armor bonus, and maybe like 5-10, or even a 15% damage increase. That infinite ammo and damage rampup with its talent is good. And if people cant hit shots reliably enough without a max-accuracy and recoil weapon, to keep it topped up maybe their ability to aims the issue?

Aiming in this game for headshots is more annoying because of the animations and how the enemy will sway / stagger, but imo they're predictable to a degree the longer you play

the dread is the exotic version of the M1A cqb, which is one of the best guns in the game. its similar to the backfire, which is based on the mpx which is one of the best smgs. great base gun, terrible talent. by running the dread your giving up a ton of chc, forced to run a scope, and lose 10% dtooc in exchange for a talent thats worse off than either boomerang or rifleman.

Yeah lol, bouta say its not an M1A. Do agree tho that the talent overall sucks. The only thing even making it good in any form, or usable, is literally the headshot reload and near permanent damage increase. Otherwise, i 100% agree it sucks. Only reason my build works is because i got like over 100% headshot damage now, along with crit. If theyd up armor bonus or damage on the gun itd be in a decent place. Thats the huge issue with div2. Theres little reason to touch a majority of exotics

I previously had a SHD level 200 ish character before Feb 2021 on my xb1s. Now that I've network transferred the game to series x, with the old SHD 200 character data still on my xbox one s, can I network transfer my div 2 game back to one s and either 1 - copy the data so I can make progress on the one s but not the series x or 2 - can I move/copy the data to one s and by making progress on one s considering it is a online game, it will also save to the series x??
